I arrived at 08:23 for a 08:30 fitting, dropped my keys off with a colleague, was told it would be an hour so I went for a coffee at a local coffee shop. After returning to pick my car up and hour later, I was told that my car keys were with a colleague who was on his way to another location to drop off a piece of kit. Not a massive problem as the person who had my car keys would be coming back, it would take half an hour. I noticed that not only had they taken my keys off site, my car was not locked and the only person other than me was busy fitting tyres. Apparently, the colleague with my car keys was told not to bring them back immediately by a Divisional Manager, not especially good customer service from a member of management. Let's not get me started on a company whose policy is to leave a colleague working on their own for over two and a half hours - might not mean much to people who just want their tyres swapping but it does in my line of work. I finally got my car keys back at 12:03 (2 hours and 33 minutes after I expected them) which gave me plenty of time to write this review and watch to make sure my car or anything in the car not to be stolen. A point made to the colleague who shrugged and said the was no way anything would have been stolen. Poor is the word I am looking for

Free valve change not carried out, argued against this despite leaking valves. Did not balance one wheel, juddering drive, argued against fixing. Steering wheel not set level after alignment. Will get the work corrected by Kwikfit, good customer support, and send these bods the bill. Its worth paying a bit more to get good service

Did not fit new valves that were included in the price. Argued about correcting this. Did not balance one wheel properly, car judddering at 65mph. Argued about this. Did not set the steering wheel level after £60 wheel alignment. Shoddy job overall, not interested in correcting problems, paid upfront so not a lot of recourse.

I would never recommend this place, nor will I ever return.

I booked an appointment to have two tires replaced, but they unnecessarily pressured me into replacing the front ones as well. They dismissed the tires I had purchased as “poor quality, made in China,” and instead offered me “better” ones for £90 (down from £110). Unfortunately, these turned out to be of even worse quality.

When I questioned why their pricing wasn’t transparent online, the manager responded rudely and aggressively, even saying, “I can complain to anyone I want.”

What concerned me most, however, was the safety issue. When I arrived home, I noticed that the locking nut on the front tires was missing. Since they were closed on Sunday, I returned on Monday to raise this serious concern and explaining that their negligence had put my life and my children’s lives at risk. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, they aggressively denied any wrongdoing and claimed they always double-check.
This behavior is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Safety should always come first, and no customer should be treated this way. I strongly advise others not to deal with such people. I have also filed complaints with the relevant authorities to ensure this matter is taken seriously.

Competitive prices and good service by friendly staff.

Swift service from the lads, but more important, the balancing was right, the tyre pressures were right and the wheel torque was right.
This is unusual at a Fast Fit place in my experience, so very well done Chaps.

Fast and efficient

Choosing tyres and booking online was easy and the best part of this experience.
When I arrived at the garage early (punctuality is important) there was nobody there yet. Two young men arrived and opened up, and I was told to drive straight in, by one of the young men who was smoking inside the garage.
I left the car with him and was told it would take about 30 minutes. When I returned, he was finishing up then came to speak to me. He advised that the tracking needed doing and claimed it is normally £50 but he could do it for £45 (it's £44.99 when booked online). I have no idea how essential this was so I trusted him and agreed.
He also advised the rear tyres needed to be changed and that the rear discs and pads were worn below the legal limit. This was simply not true. I had the vehicle serviced and the M.O.T. little over a month ago and front brake pads were changed and front tyres were advised but there was no mention of the rear. I have checked them and they do not need to be changed, yet the young man made it sound like a matter of urgency.
I sent an e-mail of complaint to the company, giving them the opportunity to resolve the problem, and the area manager called to make excuses and support his staff. I certainly did not appreciate my personal number being passed to this man, who had no intention of taking my complaint seriously.
The tyres are fine but be very careful not to believe what they tell you.
Edit: When I have gone to check the wheel nuts, the wheel nut covers are missing from one wheel and damaged on the other. Just Tyres are not responding to my e-mails. I know they are inexpensive but it's a matter of principle. Very poor service at the start and even worse that they are unwilling to resolve it. I would avoid them if I were you.

Wanted a specific tyre for my car and I found these at Just tyres. The price was excellent and extra discount for buying 4.
Fitted as per requests and even managed to fit me in before my alloted time. Worksop branch gets a big thumbs up from me and I will use them again!

Great price and service

I came in today 11/6/25 to have a brake check and was greeted by Brad and Leighon such a credit to your team at this site, I told them my concerns from a previous service (elsewhere) and they took the break discs and pads apart and talked me through what needed doing/safety aspects and even checked the vehicle over and spotted another safety issue with one of the tyres, they were fantastic and the service they provided is amazing, they had great advice and explained things in a way I understood, thank you! Will definitely be back if needed again!

Ordered tyres for my van online including fitting at the Worksop branch.

On arrival was told they could not fit the tyres because they only have a 2 tonne jack. What kind of professional tyre installer does not have a 3 tonne jack ?

had vibration after fitting went to have them checked got told I had been told when they took my money they were buckled they were prepayed online so hadn't got a load of attitude of the "Manager" and told to leave. got my mechanic to check had to clean rims fit new valves and balance now ok. have informed everyone I meet not to use
