Worse company in general I've ever delt with.
They constantly lied to me when being late numerous time's with information that i needed to make an order. Overall took 9 or more weeks just to get the order stage the only reason i kept going with order i was committed to the initial price i was given on the web site.
I asked for sculptured liniar in the end i got door stop for the design on the frames.
Just value doors have said because i was not specified on the sign of sheet which frames i was getting that its now my fault. The sign off sheet was not clear.
The whole ordeal has now left me out of pocket by £400 as the client will not pay the full amount.
Just value doors are quite happy to leave me out of pocket and will not accept any responsibility for their incompetence from start to finish.

Avoid Just Value Doors
Avoid Just Value Doors – Terrible Quality and Customer Service
I would strongly advise avoiding Just Value Doors. My experience has been a nightmare from start to finish:
• Failing to mention change of supplier which affected the product design compared to previous orders.
• Poor quality control – frames: Frames arrived covered in scratches and marks hidden under the protective film. Once the film was peeled after installation (as instructed), the defects became visible. No compensation was offered since the frames were “already installed.”
• Poor quality control – glass units: Every glass unit supplied was defective — with scratches, dirt, and smudges inside the sealed units. These are manufacturing faults, not something that can be cleaned.
• Customer service disaster: Dealing with H. at Just Value Doors has been awful. At first, they were willing to resend some units, then changed their mind and refused replacement despite extensive photo evidence. Instead, I was offered two unreasonable options:
• Accept £100 compensation for ~£1,000 worth of defective glass (not even enough to replace one unit).
• Or send the units back for inspection by their supplier — who has a clear financial interest in rejecting the claim. If they “deem” the glass acceptable, I would be forced to pay significant inspection and delivery fees.
After two weeks and 50+ emails, I’ve been treated as though I’m lying, when the defects are obvious. My personal favourite comment from H. : “a lot of the damage looks like marks which could be cleaned.” Really? Clean inside a sealed glass unit?
The whole experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and insulting. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these people — they’re more interested in avoiding responsibility than looking after customers.
Daylight robbery!!!

We take all feedback seriously, and we have thoroughly reviewed the correspondence and photo evidence related to your order. We stand by the handling of your case and need to firmly refute the overall characterisation of our product quality and customer service.
We strive to supply high-quality products, and we have clear, industry-standard policies for managing claims of defects.
Once the product is installed, the assumption is that any damage reported thereafter could have occurred during the installation process itself. This is why our terms, and those across the industry, clearly state that claims for surface defects like scratches cannot be upheld once a product is installed.
We reviewed the photos of the glass against our manufacturer's guidelines and the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) Standards (which we adhere to), the claimed defects were not clearly visible and did not exceed the accepted manufacturing tolerances. Despite this, we did offer to arrange an inspection from the glass manufacturer - not our supplier - to review in person, but you have refused this offer.
The offer of £100 compensation was made as a goodwill gesture to acknowledge your frustration and the time spent, despite the glass defects not exceeding the GGF standards for replacement. This was not offered as a financial replacement for a full unit, but as a final offer to close the case amicably.
We are disappointed that we could not reach a conclusion you were happy with, but we stand by the quality of our product, the fairness of our terms, and the diligent process followed to assess your claim.

Absolute shambles of a company - 0 rating!
If I had a 0 rating, I would have given that.
Our delivery was missed the first time, we were given a delivery date a week later. We waited patiently. When the day came, the glass panel was not delivered and we were given a date 5 days later, and 5 days later, on the day we were expecting this to be delivered, we are being told that the glass panel has not been picked and we now have to wait 3 more days. No proactive communication throughout this period. I call them in the morning, they say everything is on track and then an hour later, I am told deliveery is not happening anymore. How can a company like this even exist to put customers through such pain. I have incurred loss because of a joke that this company is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The lock failed within a few weeks
The lock failed within a few weeks. Had to get it drilled out by a locksmith to gain entry.
I explained what happened and included a video from the locksmith . They never had the courtesy to respond . Still waiting.
Nice that you respond via Trustpilot, but not to me directly. You know the cost of that failed lock as it was explained to you by both Pyrocheck and the locksmith . Did you guys even bother to take the matter up with your lock supplier , Brisant Uliton?
A third party did order and install the door , but we chose the 6 doors from you, so I do feel you have some responsibility toward your end customer here . Hopefully not all of your end customers are fobbed off in such a manner ?

I purchased a custom composite door for…
I purchased a custom composite door for just under £2,000. While the door itself was delivered, the accessories supplied were mismatched in colour and did not align with the specification.
I contacted customer service and was advised that replacement items could be sourced. However, no replacements were ever received, and no further support was provided.
Based on my experience, the service and follow-through did not reflect the cost of the product. I would not recommend this company.

i agree with david tanner, poor company, lies and very rude by harry. ordered cills over a week ago to be couriered as urgent, sent end caps with no cills and today told me was chasing tracking number and will call me back, ha no call so kept calling then it was dispatch issue nick now said. long and short im doing a new project which requires 120 windows and doors and this lot are now not getting it. steer clear people
