I have been using the Juul 2 for three…
I have been using the Juul 2 for three months now, and I've noticed that the pods are leaking. Most of the time, I find myself wiping both the inside and outside of the pod and battery case. The cost is £6.99 for two pods, and I feel like I lose most of the liquid if I don’t use the vape every hour. It's a shame because the device is so convenient, and I was looking for something that wouldn't require filling and did not leak.

Had exactly the same experience as a previous poster. Again with the Summer Menthol pods, but this time my device indicated the pod was fake. I informed Juul of this, giving full information as requested on their online form, Only to get an email several days later asking for full information. Infuriating! I don't have time for this, Juul, I already told you what you need to know, you should be dealing with the retailer (Tesco) whose FULL details, address of the store and all, I have ALREADY GIVEN YOU,

Juul Is one of the best vape company out there. The new juul 2 is amazing bcause you can track ur liquid level how much pods you smoke and estimated how many puff you got on charge. Track it on the app. Check ur battery level, see how much smoke a day.

Disappointed with Customer Service
The device itself is fine but have had issues with some flavoured pods ie Sumer Menthol. Opened two new pods to find they are empty. Sent email to Customer Service who asked for full details or photo of the device. Have sent this and had another email asking for same information - delaying tactic. Not impressed at all with customer service and very disappointed in their response and lack of help or advice.

I was happy to walk into the JUUL store seeing as thought I’ve never seen one before, the staff were extremely polite, the juul2 is an amazing alternative, couldn’t be happier
The Juul 2 pods leak too often
The Juul 2 device is great and it made stop normal cigarettes. But too little choice of the pods similar to the Virginia Tobacco pods and autumn pods. I dont like vapes with sweet flavours. For me needs improvement on the leakage of the pods, it is too often that it leaks and doesn't last as long when that happens.

Been using this company for 3 years new version is rubbish! Bring back the old ones or create pods that work!
Been using this company for 3 years but ever since they’ve changed to vape to a newer version it no longer takes all the liquid from the pod meaning I am wasting nearly half per pod. Contacted the company and they troubleshooted the vape which was a mission in itself to get it to connect. Came back no fault. Purchased an additional one same things still happening, they sent one out. Same things still happening so it’s obviously the pods that are faulty but they have no intention of correcting this and have basically fibbed me off. I have always returned my unused pods over the years as requested so they can see that these newer versions are half full!
Shame as I’ve now had to take business elsewhere due to this fault and no one really caring about losing a customer
