Wish for...
If you wish for a rapid and excellent job, pray you have Inasse on the other side of the line. Inasse has a brain that runs so fast that before you even ask your question, she already has tested the solution. She is also so sweet, polite and easy going that it will feel like speaking to your bestie, and yet Inasse would have sorted out your issue in a blink of an eye. She is gifted in many ways, seriously!
Inasse is the one to wish for...
As for Ed, he is THE GUY! it's like having McGuyver sorting out your problems.
He is absolutely amazing, he is great, easy going, he knows his job, he will never make you waste time with unnecessary questions, he's also experienced in many areas, much more than just picking up the phone. He is The BOSS!
