Ordered the free sample can last Friday, due to be delivered Saturday. I was in the shower Saturday morning so I missed the delivery, instead of posting it through the letter box or putting in a safe place, back garden or anywhere safe they delivered it to a neighbour. When I tried to retrieve the parcel said neighbour claimed to not have it (despite the picture clearly showing the same guy) I contacted Zyn right away and was told I’d receive a update within 2 days. (Either a replacement or a refund) bear in mind I paid nothing, it’s a sample. I contacted them today as I heard nothing. Was guarenteed it would be delivered today by 10pm. Received a email at 1pm saying they were still investigating and I’d receive an update soon. Feels like I’m being punished for DHL messing up. Ordered samples from Velo and XQS and received both promptly. Very unprofessional all around. Clearly don’t care about their customers, think I’ll use the competition for future orders. Thanks Zyn!

Bad customer service . Products faulty. Very bad never again

Great product, friendly enthusiastic staff (particularly Daisy who I spoke to the other day). I enjoy the subscription service for its convenience and reduced cost/tub!

Been smoking for years and nicotine pouches are the only way I’ve managed to give it up, with Zyn being my personal favourite. They have a much better selection of flavours then they used to a few years ago and they’re the only non-smoking nicotine product that gives you the same buzz, would definitely recommend if you’re trying to quit smoking or vaping.

I love Zyn products, I have no desire to smoke, I don't get the night time breathing issues that come with vaping, the nicotine hit is sustained and pleasant and flavours that i use are very enjoyable.. My wife has also become become addicted to kissing me again through my Zyn useage which is funny and a decent bonus, her favourite flavour is black cherry and to be clear, she has only ever used Zyn through 3rd party means... - Today I spoke with an advisor Called Daisy, she was very polite and personable. I found our interaction to be very pleasant. Further to the above, the prices on subscription are very reasonable and if you are a regular user you should definitely utilise this facility. (I use 1.5mg, 3mg and 6mg pouches)

Got the subscription to lower the costs my only gripe would be that there is not enough flavours for the mini 6mg products, just spoke to daisy from their customer service department and honestly, i couldn't be happier. I wish everyone was like daisy. ❤️

My first order was great, however I'm not happy how they handled my complaint after my order was delivered to the wrong address and lost. I called them and they said they'll send the order again the next day. Over week later I got an email saying they'll refund me in 10 days. They had a 3 for £10 deal on, but now if i wanted to reorder it would cost me more than £16. They gave me a £10 voucher but charged me another £9.50 to receive my order. Im not sure why, because if I reordered it would only be £6 extra and not £9.50. So after 2 weeks I still don't have any product. This is my last order through ZYN. Resellers are much cheaper and reliable than ZYN.

I had a call from Zyn today, the lady on the phone was very helpful, apologetic and finally resolved my issue. I've given 2 more stars as it seems like they do care about customers after all, just a little slow with catching up.

Cannot open container have to to twist and align to what?, wouldn't open, couldn't open any twist prising had to use nail scissors to cut and break the lid open, got blackcurrant frost strong 13.5 wanted less strength, not much of blackcurrant overpowered by menthol..
i dont know if it was a fault container, but I would try another flavour another strength in future.

Good product but nictoine isn't strong and flavour and nicotine wears off after like 20 mins

After trying Nordic spirit and velo I made the switch to Zyn. They are unreal! The flavours actually taste like they should and don’t leave the horrible prickly feeling in your throat!

Love that they have 1.5mg minis as well! Definitely recommend!

I'm writing as a long-time customer to express my serious disappointment with the recent changes to your mini pouches.

The original cans contained 20 pouches. The new cans contain only 10, half the product. On top of that, the redesigned can no longer has a compartment to store used pouches, which was one of the most practical features of the old design.

This feels like a step backwards on every front: less product, less functionality, and no clear benefit to the customer. Whoever signed off on this change clearly didn't consult the people actually using the product day to day. It's a disgrace to what was previously a great product.

I'd appreciate an honest explanation of the reasoning behind these changes, and whether there are any plans to bring back the original format or the used-pouch compartment.

Been trying to quit smoking for ages and these have really helped, it’s been a month since I touched a vape or cigarette. They have plenty of flavours, Some new ones would be cool but deffo not a deal breaker. Would recommend to anyone trying to quit 🙌

I met Sean yesterday as he is promoting zyn nicotine pouches and I have to say he was amazing a real credit to the company . His sales techniques are brilliant 👏

I'm in the US, not UK, and I have to say that the amount of actual product in these pouches is becoming nonexistent. Each month, it's like the company makes them smaller and smaller, to where the pouch now only lasts maybeeee 15min., if that, compared to the almost hour it used to when I first started buying & using this product. I'm not wasting my money on these anymore, going to a diff pouch. Thanks for nothin' but a waste of money zyns!

Unfortunately I didn't like Zyn pouches. The flavour does not last as long as the other brands and they end up very soggy. The are very thin which is good for being discreet but the very little flavour let them down.

multiple missing orders. nightmare customer service.
Just told to wait 72 hours every time. But 72 hours to them seems to mean weeks.
They refuse to redeliver, refuse refund.
Don't waste your time with them, plenty of better brands to use.

Still no email, no correspondance. Do not waste your money on these clowns.

Just spoke to “Jason” on the customer service chat. Enquired about a google ad I’ve seen “40% off 10 ZYN cans”. As I’m a returning customer I liked the idea to reduce the price. Jason told me it’s only for the first order (false google advertisement then? - it never mentioned first order). When I asked about any loyalty programs he told me that to be on the loayalty program I need to purchase an IQOS iluma or whatnot which has nothing to do with nicotine pouches. I politely declined it and then Jason without any further message just ended the conversation. I was polite and I responded in a timely manner.

Apart from this being a negative customer experience you guys could lose out on some recurring revenue as he did not mention the subscription you guys offer. I had to find out about it on my own.

I like Zyn but as I use nicotine pouches regularly I want to make sure to use a brand that has nice nicotine pouches, value their customers and provide the best deal possible.

Delivery failed, awaiting refund. Told to wait 10 days. The problem is with the website. When you enter your address and save it, the address is jumbled up and the house number is put after the county and before the postcode. Needs sorting out.
