High nicotine. No choice

Business owned by finance people so product is designed to keep dependency very high … and high is the nicotine rate (it is banned elsewhere in Europe).
Hard to quit which is exactly what the company wants.

The juul2 is great

The juul2 is great. I enjoy the menthol flavour. It's much better than the older juul and other ecigs I've tried.

Used Juul 1 for years but not anymore

Used Juul 1 for years and have been happy. Juul then decides it wants to sell a new vape. They no longer sell Juul 1 pods and won't release these flavours in their Juul 2 devices so I can't even switch. Although from what I hear the new juul devices leak a lot and the flavours are weird. I feel frustrated by this as I have been a loyal customer to Juul regularly spending £50-£60 a week on pods and they just decide to stop doing the range that stopped me smoking because they feel like it. I won't use them again and have a refillable vape on the way this way I can assure I'm not locked to a company in future preventing issues like this happening again.

Helps you stop smoking but not a good long term solution

I used the Juul2 device for around 3 months and have (so far so good) stop smoking combustible cigarettes. It helped me greatly in this respect.

However, i have now switched to an alternative vaping device for the following reasons:

1 - Juul2 pods come in limited flavours.

2 - The pods are not refillable. If they were, it would save vast amount of unnecessary waste.

3 - When compared to a refillable option, the costs are very high. IE A Juul2 vape pod costs approx £5 for 2ml. When using refillable, I pay only £0.50 per 2ml, and I no longer create unnecessary plastic waste.

4 - The Juul2 vape pods only come with 20mg of nicotine quantity. With other suppliers I get a choice of strength so it will be possible to reduce and eventually stop my dependence on Nicotine. With Juul, this is not possible.

While Juul2 say some lovely things about their goal to help adult smokers stop smoking, at the end of the day this is a business that wants to make lots of money, and keep us buying! For me, the real goal is to stop dependence on nicotine!

So, a good way to get off the cigarettes and a lovely compact device but not a good longer term solution if you want to be kind to the planet, your bank balance, and get off nicotine for good!

Delivery time is horrific

Delivery time is horrific. Ordered on the 22nd of December. Status showing as awaiting pickup from them. I know for a fact that royal mail are picking up and delivering items fine. Customer service are polite but extremely slow.
Asked them to estimate a reasonable time she believes I should wait.. 1 day, 1 month, 1 year. No response.. Just told they are waiting to hear from RM. You would think someone would make a call to Royal Mail and I form them they have a number of packages waiting to be collected and get a ETA.. but this seems too obvious for them to do. Absolute joke.

First, I would like to let you know that JUUL Labs' 2-year limited warranty does not cover the JUULpods at this moment, however we may assist you with the issues you are experiencing. In order to continue with the investigation, we need more information regarding the JUUL2 pods that has been affected. Please reply with these details:

- What is the batch number of the JUULpods? (located on the back of the blister pack or on the bottom of the box)
- What is the flavor and nicotine strength of the JUULpods?
- Which is the pack size of the JUULpods?
- How many JUULpods had leakage from the pack?
- Was it more than one pack? How many packs were affected?
- When did you purchase the JUULpods?

Lousy customer service

Lousy customer service. I’m sick of the time it takes for these people to respond by email. I’ve purchased the three monthly purchases as required by my subscription, but they make it very hard to cancel ( I don’t want any more purchases )
They will probably put some poxy response like ‘reach out to us’, just how ?

If you like a pod that leaks everywhere…

If you like a pod that leaks everywhere these are for you!
Quality seems to be extremely variable, some pods are fine, others leak really badly and have to be thrown away. The Autumn Tobacco is a decent taste with a good hit, but the leakage problem is just too much for me, and thats on the basis of the unit staying upright on a levll surface. I dread to think what it would be like in a pocket or handbag! I'm cancelling my subscription and moving on to a different pod system that doesn't expel liquid everywhere.

Liquid comes out dangerous

I started using JUUL last May. The pods keep on leaking which made a mess and also they have ended up in my mouth.
I have asked to have the device changed and tried different pods. Which JUUL did . Practically all of them leak, I give up. So with the big variety of vapes I am not coming near a JUUL again.
As usual JUUL offers to contact them. I have already done it in the past. They ask you a million questions but the problem seems unresolved, many pods leak. Mainly I worry about that liquid getting in my mouth and also wasting time and money on a faulty pod. JUUL has given me 2 pods for free and changed the device, but still, some pods leak

Nowhere near as good as the original…

Nowhere near as good as the original Juul, hate the new charger, terrible battery life, crisp menthol nothing like the original. Such a shame. Bring back the original Juul!

Juul 2 device last around 1 month then stops working. Asked juul for advice on what to do, got bombarded with questions which I answered all. Then ignored and no solution. WASTE OF MONEY AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very expensive to use

Very expensive a five quid throw away vape lasts me for the day, my regular vape device drinks about three quid of liquid a week. Juul device uses three pods and has the be constantly charged throughout the day and costs me around £70 a week to run, very expensive and inconvenient.

Poor customer service from Juul

I have received juul 2 pods without any liquid in them.Contacted the company regarding my issue and they replied with nonsense see listing below.

Avoid JUUL2, it is absolutely useless

Bought a starter kit to try JUUL2, coming with the device, 2 pods and the USB charger.
The pod itself leaks into the mouth which is annoying. I reported this issue to JUUL customer service and they came back to me with thousands of questions!!!
I simply felt being in the court!!!!

Absolute waste….

Used to love original JUUL. Now had to switch to JUUL2 due to the original JUUL not being available in stores. It’s my 4th vape and it leaks like there’s no tomorrow. Many pods wasted…. Disappointed. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL JUUL!!!

I regularly buy from Juul site and this month have had 5 packs delivered as normal and 3 of the packs (6 pods) don’t work at all. Eventually found a phone number for Juul ( not an email to be found) and he promised the other day to email me within the hour a code for a discount, nothing arrived in an email and he didn’t seem to care that you’ve paid you’re money for a faulty product. Fine to use until a problem, customer service poor I’m afraid.
