The original Juul and golden tobacco flavour had really helped me quit smoking and I went from a frequent smoker to a juul user with the flavour I like . I have tried the Juul 2 which is better for the drag etc but the tobacco flavour is just not the same so I reverted back to the original juul. Now juul have discontinued the golden tobacco flavour and I have no alternative to be trying to find a similar one from another company. I am really sad about this because I don’t understand why this flavour cannot be put with the juul 2 as I would then stay a customer :(

I bought mine last week and scanned the code to get my 2yr warranty but it take you straight to subscription and no way of getting a warranty ?

I love juul I switched from regular cigarettes to a juul about 9 months ago and I love it but I gave them a 4 star cuz they constantly leak they need to do something about this because it's awful. It burns my throat it hurts my tongue. I smoke the regular Virginia tobacco flavor as to I live in Rhode island and they don't have flavors. But juul by far is the best vape ever still even with a leaking pod it becomes more expensive than cuz I have to go by more and more pods and devices because they leak horribly.

The Juul2 device has improved the taste and has a better feel but overall is terrible.
The pods leak and run out a lot quicker than the original Juul device.
This seems intended as the price of Juul2 pods is more than regular juul pods.
The company is looking to make more money and have discontinued the original juul pods which were a safe and reliable bet.
I would not recommend Juul2 to anyone who is looking to get into vaping.

Good at first but after a day it constantly leaks.

The JUUL 2 is terrible. I've now had 2 of these, and they both went straight in the bin. As all they do is leak everywhere. 4 times now I've ended up with a pocket full of e-liquid or desk a covered in e-liquid. I'll be looking for a better alternative.

I discovered JUUL during the pandemic and for me it was great ! I bought 2 flavoured and was a daily smoker of about 6 -10 a day ,at the time . Since using JUUL I have cut down dramatically and now only smoke a few times a week . However I use JUUL daily and it's great for me . The shipping is ultra quick and the product lasts long ,depending on how much you smoke .
I would love if they came out with more flavours (a cheeky Pina Colada maybe)
I have recently tried their JUUL 2 range and the strength and taste is even better than the original!
Its compact enough to fit into pockets and handbags .
Regarding the JUUL 2 ,it would be great to add the charger to a key ring like they have done the original .

I purchased a JUUL device yesterday which turned out to be faulty. lt cuts out after 1 second every time I take a puff, and sometimes doesn't work at all.

I contacted JUUL about this via their live chat, confident that they would rectify the situation.

Boy was I wrong.

The customer service representative I spoke to treated me like an imbecile from the get go, and suggested that the device wasn't faulty as I had stated. I supplied the serial number as requested and he/she couldn't find the device in the system despite it being purchased from an authorised retailer and therefore 100% genuine.

Overall I'm shocked by JUUL's approach to customer service and wont be wasting any more of my time trying to rectify this, I will just stay clear of JUUL in the future. They practically give their devices away anyway so I don't think a replacement for a faulty product is too much to expect.

Was thinking of buying on offer through door however the price doubled when I tried to order

Bought this to try and cut down on my smoking when I'm on a night out (once I'm drinking, my smoking increases massively.) It came into its own when my friend and I were staying somewhere where we couldn't easily go for a cigarette. Definitely took the edge off (though not really the same.) The tobacco flavour is pretty good. I would love there to be lower nicotine options as I'm not a heavy smoker, hence the four stars.

Bought twice not working, absolutely Rubbish

As others have mentioned, I wish I had read some of the reviews here prior to taking out a subscription.

Personally, I would avoid this company at all costs. Not because the products are bad, but the service and customer experience is not worth the time and effort. I would rather deal with Hermes!

I have had no end of issues and not even received the products I ordered yet. The first attempt was delayed and then arrived with nothing in the box and the second time has been delayed again.

The Support Team, whilst pleasant enough, are not willing to do anything to help rather than provide information you already have, and they're one of those companies that makes getting a refund or cancelling a subscription enough of a pain that you can't be bothered.

Good prices, and the quality of their products really does show.

I can honestly say I haven't had any issues with JUUL and I love how convenient they are, easy to charge, change pods and its not big and bulky like most vapes. The Tobacco flavour was not pleasant but the Polar and Mint I've not got any complaints with and I enjoy vaping with these. There is a lack of flavours though which is why I cannot rate higher and also the strengths, I wasn't smoking much before but feel because of the strength of 18mg that are the only ones available on JUUL 2 I have become more addicted to nicotine again. This needs to be addressed if I am to continue using this product.

Got a Juul 2 starter kit. Very pleased with the the item, after reading some comments I was a bit apprehensive. Got the item with everything included, charge lasts 1-3 days so far my pods last 3 days max but as I cut down they will last longer. Its nice that I can keep track on the app. The menthol is very nice, it's a shame you don't get to decide on flavours that it comes with as I am not keen on the nicotine flavoured one. I hope more pod flavours come out and with nicotine strengths if that happens my view on the item will be much better. Pods are expensive but it's working out cheaper than smoking so can't really complain.

Got a JUUL 2 starter kit. The device is too small and awkward to charge. The liquids are VERY small and the taste of both the Virginia tobacco and the mint are both terrible. Very strange taste. Il stick to my VUSE pen and pods. 1mill times better quality and flavours. Wish i read the reviews before trying this absolute joke of a poor rip off product

Truly the worst communication I’ve ever experienced from a company. I paid for 24 hour shipping, 4 days later my order still hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve tried calling twice, emailed twice and had no response. They have completely ignored me. I will never be purchasing from them again or recommending them to anyone.

I ordered the juul 2 starter kit on 29/12 but only recieved the device no pods. I tried to contact them with many failed attempts.ive emailled and done live chat they just say they will email me with how i retufn the device and ive still recieved no email.i personally think this is shocking customer service

The online service for the subscription offers by juul is one of the worst services you can use in life, nothing arrive time, long delays and missed shipments.
Had to cancel my subscription and finding a different device.

Why advertising for a new device if you can support it ???

Delays order for a week for no reason then tries to delay a refund for another couple weeks.
