I ordered a straight bun and when I checked tracking it said shipping label was created for a month. I eventually emailed to find out where my oder was. The only answer I got was we will check with warehouse and when they get back to us we will let you know. I cancelled the order and then ordered again. Apparently that was not the best idea cause I am going through the same thing again. "Waiting on the warehouse to get back to us" after I emailed an inquiry about my order. I can't give a review about the product because I can't seem to get it.

Love Juvabun..easy..convenient..have purchased several over the last year...but the most recent one..in the last month..when received I was in shock...it (they) purchased 2 of the same color...was just horrible..tangled..knotted...looked worst than my oldest one...very disappointed...may never order again...I work to hard for my money to just waste it on something I won't use....thanks

Loving my new ponytail! I started out with a Juvabun and loved that one so decided to try the ponytail…good quality and great color match…good customer service!

I have purchased two Juva Bun products- the messy bun and the ponytail. I love them both and spend less time fixing my hair….but still leave the house looking like I spent time on my hair!

Exchange made for a different color. Customer service was amazing after I made contact to re-order.

The first one I bought wasn't quite the right color, but I contacted customer support and was able to exchange it easily. With short hair, I couldn't get a cute messy bun, but now it's perfect every time.

Once again a piece of crap. It also sells on Amazon for 10$ less then the so called sale price on the Juvabun website.

Color is terrible. Waiting on info so I can return both. You don’t have light brown with highlights like you’ve had before. Disappointed

I love my new messy bun. It looks so natural and matches my hair exactly! Beyond that is is so comfortable to wear that I barely know it's there!!

Yet to receive my product. Have seen 4 promotions and feel like I did not get the best price. And after two calls to customer service, I am frustrated and feel like I did not get any support. My last bun snapped but I still took a leap and ordered again. I hope that I will be satisfied but I will not likely order again. I don’t feel like a valued customer.

I am very pleased with the salt and pepper messy bun I received. It is easy to use, the color is perfect and the soft curls can be placed all around my own hair while in a wrapped ponytail to make it look perfectly natural. The order process was simple and I received notices with tracking until its arrival. I ordered two and got a discount on the second messy bun, so I am very happy. They come in their own storage zip bag, too.

I love love love the juva bun. Makes getting ready in the morning.so much faster..

I love Juvabun. I ordered the wrong color. They handle it immediately even though it was my mistake. Great customer service which is rare now days. I even had issues on my end with the exchange. They didn't get upset they helped me fix it.
