Great products as always. The shipping costs are too expensive for Greece.13€ especially now with the economical crisis.Also products too expensive.
I had a voucher in my account. I told them that i wanted to used it.They told me to tell them the product that i want and to give them my credit card details and before we complete the purchase they said that they would ask my permission to complete the order.Before i give my credit card details i wanted to make sure the total amoumt of money that i would pay with the voucher.And the next e mail i received it said that they had my credit card details and that they released my order.
1)what happened with my permission to forward the order?? 2)I never gave my credit card details 3)if i was going to change my mind and wanted another product?? 4)is there a tracking number?? 5)in which adress are going to send my package??

i ask a question for ordering Juve Jersey, customers services people reply mails are good and quick! That is good!!
But I hope ordering time could be more fast, I ordered at Juve store at 2/7/2015，and receive the shipping track number at 9/7/2015. It is unacceptable for waiting, I prefer 3days to get track number and more 3days to get my jersey! The customer services reply me have a slight delay with Adidas. I hope this is the problem of Adidas!
Anyway keep improving!

I bought a juve shirt online from the official juve store and to my surprise it came in two days. I enjoyed the excellent customer service i received when i called the store and the answers they replied to me where straight forward.I am going to order for more items but that will be in september. FORZA JUVE

It was really amazing that the products I ordered arrived at my doorstep so fast.

The shipping company is very bad , i tried to update my address so many times but i couldn,t because of not answering my calls from there bad call center even when they answer they didn't help and at last i got to go to there office to pick the shipment

The price of courier is ridiculous. Everything else is great.

I am shocked at how cheap this jersey is. All patches are cheap iron on, the Adidas and the Juventus. The only good ones are the Champions League I paid extra for. For how much I paid this is a joke!!!!
Plus all the items being sold out so quickly is rather sad. I'd buy more but now am afraid it will be cheap like the jersey.
