A true nightmare
A true nightmare, I lost my day to try and get tickets and still did not manage. Appalling service! Reaching customer support is a complete nightmare—despite promises of a callback, I never heard from them, not once, after three separate attempts. You have to do j-cards, submit ID’s, wait working days before getting it. To make matters worse, their website is a chaotic mess, riddled with bugs. It took me 356 frustrating attempts just to submit the application, only for it to be rejected later. In 2024 this level of bugs, incompetence and arrogance is beyond unacceptable. Absolute disgrace.
I can spend another half a day just describing how awful my experience of their site was, but I lost enough time with them. I’m considering never ever going to the stadium again. I am furious

Lifelong supporter of juventus through good and evil. I buy my stuff direct through juventus for years but this is the last straw. I order the new shirt it comes damaged to the printing very loose and damaged. I contact no answer. After sending several times, however, short answers without a solution. It's a downright outrageous service for a large company. The shipping costs then fell twice for the buyer and these were not reimbursed amounting to € 30. It is difficult to start a dialogue with them, because the service team never answers. It is better to buy directly from adidas.

Horrible Service! Impossible to get in touch with customer support. They promise to call you back, they never did, tried three times. They rejected my son application to the Juventus card because they could not figure out the exact name on my son's non-Italian passport! Btw, disfunctional wed site full of bugs. Had to try 3 times before mannaging sending the application (later rejected!)
Come on wake-up, in 2022 this awful quality and arrogance are not acceptable!

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service! Avoid at all costs.
I bought a J1897 membership and supporter card last night and after not being able to get the documents submitted for the supporter card I called Juventus customer. The person was rude and unwilling to help stating that I should just keep trying with different web browsers until the process worked. During this call I found out that you can only purchase 4 tickets during the early bird period if the other 3 members are also J1897 members. This is contrary to the information on the Juventus website which states the following:
"How many tickets can I buy using the membership early-bird ticketing period? Generally speaking, you can buy up to four tickets provided that all ticket holders are members. Any exceptions or changes to this for specific games will be made public via a ticketing statement and added to the Tickets area of the website."
I was planning to go with my son with a B&W membership but this wouldn't work as a result. I therefore informed the customer service agent that I wanted to cancel my membership and the supporter card and get a refund of EUR 175. I was told this was impossible as I had waived my right to cancel during the purchase less than 24 hours earlier.
I will now report Juventus to both the relevant Swiss and EU authorities. Furthermore, I have passed the matter onto my lawyer to sue for costs and damages.

I renewed my membership exactly 2 months ago, but still no clue about the welcome pack. I really need it for the game tickets pre-sale...
Worst service and experience of my life
I became a J1897 member more than a month ago (the most expensive members package). Paid 130 euro for the welcome package and membership. They withdrew the money right away. Since then I have not received anything - The package is still pending to this day. I have written more than a handful of emails to the costumer care and have received no answers. When calling the contact number they provide, an operator informs you the number is out of use. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone. I have tried contacting other departments of the club aswell, but they refuse to help me.
I am, honestly, appalled that the club I support, always have and always will, is treating me this way.
