Having spent months on what seemed like a global tour of diamond centres looking for the perfect ring we arrived at Orogem without any expectation of finding the right piece, but how wrong we were. We felt that not only were we in the hands of an experienced dealer but also one that had our best interests at heart and they were so patient as we tried all the pieces we selected repeatedly and as we dithered about which the right one was. They put us under no pressure and even kept the shop open past closing time for us. Suffice it to say we DID find our ideal ring and the whole experience was magnificent including the immediate re-sizing and the efficiency of the paperwork. Expertise, high quality and attention to the client.
