jv16 PowerTools Reviews 

I've been using jv16 PowerTools for more than 10 years, having used also its predecessor, RegCleaner. I have a lifetime license for jv16 PowerTools and feel like this was a wise investment. The program has consistently performed well; very rarely, if ever, caused any concerns, and never messed a PC registry after a cleanup. Sometimes, certain AV programs would slow it down and would need to be partially disabled in order for jv16 PowerTools to run smoothly, but this has been a minor gripe. I trust Macecraft Software and will continue to use their products.

I've used JV16 Power Tools for 10 yrs. or better for the maintenance of my computer and I wouldn't trust any other app to use in the same manner. Thank you Team at Macecraft.

I have installed the beta version and everytime I turn on the computer I get this message asking me if I want to allow this program to make changes on my computer. It doesn't change anything but I keep getting that little nag screen popping up and I was wondering if anybody else was getting this pop-up. I am running windows 7 pro 64bit.

I have been using Macecraft Software for 15 years. It is a Must have part of my P.C. toolbox.

I have been using JV16 for over 10+ years and have never had a bad experience where the app removed information where I had to go back and retrieve the backup removed data. I have used System Mechanic and consider JV16 a superior product both in keeping my computer registry clean and operative and in ease of operation. The developers have a proven product which deserves to get 5 Stars for their continual commitment to excellence in having an industry leading product!

I have tried many PC cleaners and tune-up software systems over 20 years.

Macecraft's JV16 system is way ahead of all the others and the team provides excellent support and consultation services whenever needed.

I recommend the company and the MC S/W systems without any reservations.

Finally an aggressive tool to pull any Windows out of the bog. Very satisfied after 5 years of use.

I have used jv16 Powertools for about 5 years now and it has never let me down. The clean up is amazing, never realized how many junk files I had, how many broken short cuts due uninstalled programs not completely uninstalling, etc..

I have used jv16 for a very long time and and find it excellent. The service is great and they go to a lot of trouble to ensure you are happy. I use it weekly and over the years it has kept my PC running happily

Best registry clean up software I have found! I've been using their software for several years for personal use, and couldn't find anything better yet.
Also the additional features to disable spyware features from windows, uninstaller, duplicate removal, etc. Makes it all in one tool to keep the system clean and fast.
Never caused my O.S. to become unstable or anything because of cleaning.

Best tool around when it comes to registry clean up. Been using JV16 Power tools for many years and I still do. Happy to see new versions of software coming up. Keep up good work up there Macecraft!

Been using for what seems like forever. Hopefully the new version will take care of those issues that have bugged me over the years. If it does, I'll change this to 5 stars.

I use Macecraft Software since 12 years, and it has delivered a great service. I trust it in cleaning up my files and removing any useless registry items. Never have experienced any failures or problems with it. And also their service is recommended.

Macecraft's jv16 Power tool is a worthwhile investment to augment those found in the various folders within the O.S. With this power tool, all is at one's fingertip and delivers what it claims. A bang for your buck!

For years, this very fine company, their owner, their staff, updated and upgraded jv16PT many many times! I have always installed everything, settings are always "on demand", and so far, have never regretted running the product.

Before I discovered jv16 PowerTools, I would get incredibly frustrated with my computers. Slowdowns, freezes, crashes happened all the time, and the number of times I had to reinstall Windows was ridiculous (during one three or four month period, way back when, I must've reinstalled Windows more than a dozen times, truly ridiculous). These days, as long as I run "Clean and Fix My Computer" (now Clean and SpeedUp My Compter) regularly, not even once a week, maybe every two, three, or four weeks, I rarely have any problems with my computers. In fact, when I do have problems, using PowerTools to clean the computer and clean the registry usually takes care of them. One note though, always make backups of what you delete or fix in the registry. The one and only time I had a problem with jv16 PowerTools was my own fault: I didn't make backups of the numerous files I was deleting (which you are prompted to do each time ... my bad). Also, my start-up times are similar to what they were when I last reinstalled Windows.

At the beginning there was the chaos, then Jouni Vuorio issued his first program: Reg Clean? And we saw the light. It might be about 25 years ago.
Since then the program has been developed to JV16PT Classic and …... beyond.
I’m an old man, I spent my working life as IT H/W & S/W System Support engineer on Main Frames. Freely I can state JV16PT is the best product to support PC users to keep healthy and performant their machines, therefore safe. There is not any other program of this kind comparable to it. It’s enough to execute periodically “clean and speed my computer” tool to achive this target automatically. And you have also very helpful Registry and File tools to care your PC.
JV16PT is worth a lot beacause its project engineers are people of integrity, everybody can trust in them.

I am grateful to have used regedit. I appreciate Macecraft telling us the history. This is a tool with many options that are easy to use. It is also a dangerous tool if you don't have known good software to restore. Care must be taken to use this tool, but if you want to speed up your computer, maintain, and keep it clear of unwanted data and unused space, this is the tool. Make good backups and be brave enough to know your backups are able to restore properly, before installing and running any software that affects the operating system.
