Terrible experience, ordered a uk6 a uk5.5 arrived tried contacting them and received no reply whatsoever. Disgusting customer service. Please do. It purchase from this company!

Zero would have been a better option. I don't even think the shoes are real. My 'Nikes' velero fell apart within days and when I emailed got no response. Had to accept I had been scammed.

Worst company ever - take your money and don’t give you what you paid for. Never got my order!!

Don’t buy from this company, I bought the adidas samba x stussy. Size was all wrong but more importantly it is fake adidas. I have bought samba my whole life and they are leather. These were faux leather. Cheap knockoffs customised and sold as legit. And you can’t send back, can’t leave a review except on trust pilot. Absolute joke. I could buy authentic samba for less than £120

Absolutely awful – avoid at all costs

I’ve been waiting over 2 months for a response from customer support – and still nothing. Not a single reply. The lack of communication is shocking.

On top of that, the shoe I received isn’t even close to what was shown on the website. It looks like a completely different (and much cheaper) product. The quality is terrible – flimsy material, bad stitching, and nothing like what was advertised.

This feels like a scam. I regret ordering and would strongly recommend others stay away.

After seeing a couple of bad reviews i still decided to take the risk and buy a pair of shoes from JWC Kicks and i am Very Happy i did.

These guys are brilliant.

I ordered a pair of Custom Made Air Force 1's KAWS.

They took exactly 3 weeks to come as per what their website says. I also emailed them in between and i received a response with an update without any problems.

Well today i received the shoes and they are great !

Exactly the same as the pictures on the website and the design is brilliant. Shoes fit perfectly as well.

Scam. ROTTEN SCAMMERS. All good reviews are fake. They will send you the wrong order, then get you to return them. With fake promises about re sending the correct ones. You will not receive what you ordered and you will not receive a refund unless you go through your bank. They tried to scam me but failed. DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM.

Beware of this company they are selling fake items for full price !!! All be it they were very good fakes. The funniest thing is I wouldn’t have even questioned it if they didn’t send adidas sambas with fake Nike socks 😂😂😂 Had to take it up with PayPal to get my money back !!

Word of warning ⚠️ do not buy from these people! Absolutely shocking customer service. Communication terrible and order not satisfactory I have sent so many emails requesting I return them but hey guess what completely ghosted. Absolute scammers! Save your time & money.

I ordered the wrong size shoe by mistake. A quick email to the customer service and it was all sorted.

Was sceptical of the site at first after reading some reviews but the custom work and quality is fantastic glad I went ahead with the purchase. Be prepared to wait about 10 days for delivery tho but all worth the wait I guess

Man I was heatrboken using this site. Even though I had my doubts on the authenticity I went ahead and purchased the trainers. After 2 weeks I received an email stating that they had not got the paints to customize my trainers.

After some research online, I noticed different sites selling the EXACT same trainers but stating they were fake.

I'm grateful I didn't recieve the trainers as I would of been mislead. I asked the sales team if the trainers were authentic and they replied , "all our trainers are sourced from a reputable supplier". The easier answer would of been yes but evidentally they give you a politicains answer which leaves you in doubt.

Bottom line is, if you want to pay alot of money for a fake product and wait around for 3 weeks then this site is for you.

On the other hand, like myself, I'd your looking for an authentic pair of customised trainers then STAY WELL AWAY.

THIS SITE SHOULD NOT EVEN BE LIVE. DECEIPT AT ITS FINEST
