JW Logistics offers competitive consolidation rates and basic photo updates. However, working with agent Rita Chen was a frustrating experience. Communication was very slow, and our cargo sat in their warehouse for two full months.

Despite using an in-house Chinese agency for customs clearance, they struggled to coordinate with DSV—a major freight forwarder that other agents work with seamlessly. Fine if you are on a tight budget and in no rush, but not recommended if you need reliable operations and responsive support.

I've had a smooth shipping experience with this team for at least a year now. Chloe provided patient and timely support all the way, and responded quickly to all my questions. They also handled specific requests, custom packaging and personalisation, for example, without any issue, and always found a solution whenever a problem came up. Everything was arranged properly. Highly recommend their logistics service.
