I'm surprised by the negative ratings…

I'm surprised by the negative ratings on this page. I ordered 4 bags on the 27th of March and received them today (15th of April) which is decent for international shipping. The packaging was good and protected the bags well. My initial impression is that the material is nice and the designs are the same as what I saw on the website, so it's just a matter of wear testing them now. Pleasant experience and I will probably shop from them again.

Not impressed with company

My review isn’t on bag I never got it . But when ordered the bag it was on pre order so stated it would ship 3.31.25 well not only did it not ship but they charged my card immediately. Normally you don’t charge a card before something is shipped and got the bill to pay for something I never got . 3.31 it never ships so now April they don’t let me know I have to reach out and the do respond but takes a long time assuming they based different time zone . They tell me oh now it’s suppose to ship in April really ! But I paid for it , they offer future discount I asked for one for my purchase but they said no since had small 10% one but yet the bag did go on a sale and price lower so at that point really wanted to try bag but I didn’t trust company and reviews on bag weren’t great so cancel order !! My issues was don’t charge a customer until shipped and then move date and don’t let customer know . This bag would have been paid for almost two months before getting bag .

Vero poor quality for this price

Vero poor quality for this price. To be honest I am so neglected to spend time money… colour was completely different from photo, quality is so poor that is Chinese made is really bad. I feel like this company really ripped off! Please be careful to purchase from this company.

The bags look good when they arrive but they don't last long. I purchased a bag last year and after a few uses it started to unstitch. Contacted the customer service and they didn't allow me to return because it was passed 30 days. Bad quality bags and poor customer service.

HORRENDOUS customer service

HORRENDOUS customer service! It has been 4 months now since I returned my bag to them for a refund, but it's been held in Customs and this entire time they are not helping me contact US Customs to clear it. They have not offered any compensation apart from offering me a discount code to further spend money on them...

Purse

I ordered the wrong purse and immediately contacted them to exchange it for the correct one, Each time I get an automatic reply so I have emailed them 8 times & also called the number on the email which is a joke. The number wasn't set up. Horrible business. I'm calling the BBB. The Post Office told me the address on the email was nothing more then a PO Box in Calf. & I would most likely be wasting my money on returning it so I'm out $102.00

I waited over a month for my Harlee…

I waited over a month for my Harlee beige shoulder bag to arrive. I received it and then a few months later the zipper completely broke. I reached out to customer service all they offered was a discount code to purchase the bag again. Not worth it!!

Wrong size sent, but offered credit without returning item

They sent me the wrong size initially and I had to use the chat function to try and get a return, but return address was in US! Needless to say I wasn't going to pay for return shipping to US, however they did offer me a credit note for the value of my full order and the second dress is spot on, size is perfect as they updated their sizing chart. Overall they have redeemed themselves, but fast and easy returns is a must if this business is to continue. Thank you for the second dress, it's lovely.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I bought a bag €120 on the forst week of December. It arrived quickly but I was disappointed with the quality. Bag is the same quality as from any high street store like Zara, Mango etc but priced like bridge brand… I decided to send it back and customer service agent told me I have to pay myself for the return (€35). I emailed them tracking number, but they didn’t even bother to check it. Bag has arrived to their warehouse but nobody has contacted me or provided refund, later I had to send them email again and again then they said “ warehouse is very busy at the moment, we will contact you asap” still waiting.
Please avoid this company, absolute scammers and thieves…

I was really upset

I was upset. I paid 63 pounds as a graufation gift to myself so i was expecting a high quality bag, but the leather has peeled off on the handle so that a string loop is hanging off and the handle underneath is showing. I would leave it hanging on a peg, so perhaps the force of it was the reason but i still expected a higher level of quality. However i emailed jwpei about my experience and the customer service was stellar, i got 4 options for a refund or exchange and chose a 30% refund with 70% coupon of the price i paid. Very happy with their service

worst brand ever

It is the worst brand ever, I purchased on October, they haven’t sent the package, I called the delivery company and they keep telling me it is arriving in 2 weeks and it’s already December 23rd. Would never recommend anyone to buy here, it is a COMPLETE SCAM and a shitty company, they won’t even refund my order even thought I’m not going to receive it ever.

If I could give CERO stars I would.

- [ ] Request number 3592265
- [ ] I ordered on NOVEMBER 11 and shipping said it would take ONE WEEK.
- [ ] Company says based in LA. It is not. It is in China
- [ ] Today is December 17th and not only have I not received the package. They have changed the local carrier three times. I have contacted the three options they gave me, there is no package
- [ ] THEIR delivery status says no one was home to receive the package; I work home office AND have staff that receives packages for me. So it is literally impossible that package could not be delivered.
- [ ] Customer service is IMPOSSIBLE with no resolution to the problem howsoever.
- [ ] I have disputed the charge with Paypal but the company won’t even answer the claim
This is clearly a scam and I fell for it. I am not the only one in the comments that was clearly scammed by Jw Pei

My wife ordered 3 handbags from this…

My wife ordered 3 handbags from this company. And surely one of them isn’t the right fit, not as advertised. She decided to keep 2 bags and return one. Completely sensible decision, we all do it on a daily basis.

This company’s return policy is a complete shitshow. The process is designed to deter the customer from returning any product.

The process: you have to write an email to the company. You’re then faced with multiple replies with a ton of questions to prevent you from proceeding. And when you get past them you’re met with fees that you have to pay in order to return the item that make it impossible to make sense. The cost of returning is too high.

Be careful when you buy from this company.
