This company is a fraud!
I still didn’t receive my bag, the tracking number given was shipped from China, USPS did not receive the item
It’s been 18 days and there are no updates after 1st of August.
The customer service were not answering questions, all the responses are copy n paste.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering!!. My order was never received every claimed to have delivered it but they haven’t and I can see that I am not the only one who’s had this issue. The company is unwilling to help. I just want my refund or a replacement item! It’s been over two months still nothing

Bought a Sara mule sandals from this company and am super happy, the quality was superb and delivery was super fast. Order from the UK and received my sandals within a week.

I preordained a pair of shoes on the 7th of June and tracking shows they were being processed by EVRI for delivery on the 4th of July. I have received no information about the delivery from EVRI and JWPei seems unwilling to resolve the issue. I am so disappointed in this poor quality of service and I just want my money back.

Ordered from JW pei Ireland as previous reviewer also got crappy sunglasses and now loads of mails insisting bag has been delivered. Checked the domain address and the Chinese owner registered hundreds of websites on the same day loads of different brand websites SCAM

the little spinner thing on their site is rigged... you always get 10% off, i dont like this kind of dishonesty!!

my bags never arrived and i had plenty of emails between me and the costumer „service“. at one point i just wanted them to return my money but they never did and always told me that the bag is on its way. it could have saved me a lot of anger and stress if i never entered their website.

Avoid this shabby company. I was sent a bag which came in a satin bag which had stains on it. Clearly I could not give it as a gift as it was unhygienic and repulsive. However trying to return it and get a refund is impossible. You have to email them which I did. They offered me a discount and asked for photos which I sent clearly showing the brown stains in the satin bag. They ignored the fact it had come with disgusting stains on it and just offered a bigger discount. I declined their offer and have not heard back from them. This is a scam. Do not buy from this company.

The bag looked NOTHING like the picture. The workmanship was basically really bad. There were creases everywhere on the bag where there shouldn’t be. I felt really cheated and disappointed. I wouldn’t even pay 30 USD for the bag quality let alone 99 USD. I either had to send it back which is a hassle (they did not even give the return address) or be happy with a 12 pct refund or 20 dollars to spend on their site. This is AWFUL and a terrible deal. And they have not even gotten back to me on the paltry discount yet. I’m just floored by the terrible business ethics and lack of pride in their business. Basically companies like this won’t last long. They can buy as many influencers as they want but there will be zero repeat customers. Just disgusting.

It is impossible to find the return address on your website.
The item I purchased are of bad quality.

I want to send them back urgently , I am based in Germany
can you reply to this email and provide the exact address in the email body- i.e. NOT via link to your website!!!!!

I got an Abacus bag. I like the Quirky style and it was fairly priced. I was so happy that it came quickly and had a lot of luxury touches. I have bought MUCH higher priced bags with worse quality and design. Very Happy!

I ordered one bag which didn't came out well. I was about to return it to them they said they will give me 41 dollar coupon on next sale if I keep the bag...
I was about to order a new gabbi bag but it's shows 3 different prices...
While see it's 79 on Amazon
It's 89 on your website and when I check out it's showing 95 dollar
Do not buy it from this website they are making us fools.

I live in UK and I got to know the brand after an ad on Instagram. Beautiful sandal, I bought two pair of same models, on the two sizes I buy all the time with other brands, to see which one fits me best.
I was surprised with how small the sandals are, none fits me.
Here's when the horrible starts: I contacted customer support to ask for the details to return. After trying hard to push me to stay with the two sandals that don't fit me (!!!!) I could not get them to agree on splitting the post fee. I had to spend 53 POUNDS from my own pocket to return the parcel. They advertise as an UK address but I had to return to United States.
I could not feel more fooled.
Be careful while shopping from this brand!!!

False advertising what you buy is not gonna be what you get!!!

I bought a Mini Flap Gradient Shoulder Bag - Blue & Purple Croc × 1. But the bag I received was only looks blue without any purple. I have send pictures to their customer service. And a day later they ask for more photo which I did and the photo was only a blue bag without any purple as well.

A day later they reply ‘ this is the same color that shows on the website, and you may try to look at the bag from natural lighting and it will show the same color as the website photos.’ no the website said blue and purple and the photo on their website is blue and purple but the one I received was only blue

And the solution they offer was ‘ We’d like to offer you 20% off as an incentive to give us another chance at earning your business on your next purchase. Meanwhile, you would keep the item, and no need to return back. Please let us know if it works for you.’ so they asking me to have to stick with a bag that is notting like what I bought and still shop from them next then

What a absolutely joke!!!

I bought 3 of their bags and love them. True to pictures, good quality, stitching is beautiful and perfect size. Knowing they come from vegan leather and helping the earth through sustainability makes me feel good as a customer. Price is great for these timeless pieces that will last a lifetime

I ordered several bags for me, family and friends and I actually do love them. Only one of them had quality issues after a short while, so I contacted the company via Instagram. They answered and helped out immediately, were super friendly, solution oriented and actually sent me a new bag to replace the one with obvious quality issues.

So my experience ordering from Germany was great, friendly and super fast shipping too. I can recommend JW PEI 🙌🏽

I bought a brown croc bag last year and after 5 months of barely using it, carefully storing it on the silky bag, my bag is falling apart. Really disappointed.

I love that they are vegan (main reason I purchased) and in a decent, yet affordable quality and price range. The gabbi and envelope bags are stunning, I love wearing them! The boxes and dust bags are a beautiful addition also and really helps with storage!

My constructic criticism lies in the packaging at times.

The envelope bags as well another bag I forgot the name of, came with cardboard binding the handles too tight which created a line dented in the leather, along with a warped shape. It's not that noticeable so I decided to keep them as for the price it's something I can overlook but it's a shame that for items that were otherwise of good quality, they were weakened from a packing process that was avoidable.

However I must say that am very happy with my purchases and I do like the brand overall.

I ordered two bags from JW PEI as part of their Black Friday sale!! I’ve had my eyes on these for ages and they lived up to my expectations and more! Quality of bags are amazing, beautifully packaged too! I was hesitant at first with this coming from an international company, shipping was quite expensive but understandably considering where they were coming from! One of the best services I have received! Bags were delivered in just 3 days of purchase and I received regular tracking updates! I was so impressed! Would most definitely buy from again!
