From very first contact - JW Wood have been brilliant & hyper efficient! Communication has been superb and customer service 2nd to none! I would like to mention two members of staff in particular: Julie who met me for the viewing - super friendly, honest, helpful & constructive! Also, Ella who has been dealing with me from the office from point of enquiry! She understood & accommodated my communication restrictions, dealt with & responded rapidly, handled everything without delay/issue/concern + played a major part in the smooth progression of my house process! Many thanks team!

I would not recommend this landlord or organisation based on my experience. When we moved in, the property was not prepared as promised, and many serious issues required attention immediately. Despite raising these concerns, the landlord did not respond to complaints or engage in any meaningful dialogue to resolve them. Additionally, outstanding bills from before our tenancy had not been cleared, which caused further complications and debt collectors.

Communication was poor throughout, and key assurances made to us were not followed through. Based on this, I would not buy or rent a property from this organisation, as I found their approach unprofessional, unreliable and unethical.

I’m so pleased with the service I received. The team were professional, approachable, and always happy to answer my questions. They explained every step of the selling process in detail, making it smooth and stress-free.

Julie and the rest of the team offered wonderful, transparent service, and made my purchase as seamless as possible. Thank you so much!

Nikki was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She is pleasant, keeps you informed and makes the process seem so less stressful. I honestly couldn’t fault.

Rude,Unhelpful, It is because of staff like this that give estate agents the reputation of the most hated people to do business with, I feel sorry for the people whose property they are selling because they are no good at dealing with purchasers, I would never even consider dealing with these people again and strongly advise anyone else to so the same as there are hundreds of estate agents to chose from.

Kept up to date and nothing was any trouble great advice given when i asked everyone was very helpful .

My experience with JWW was incredible. Fiona and the whole team are amazing. They helped me from day one till now with everything. They cleared all my doubts immediately and updating me with everything.

I would never buy a house again from this estate agent ! From complete lies in the process to even finding out from the seller the same poor experience! It has been shambolic… it has been on occasions intrusive …a key point is use Darlington branch but the sale is supervised by Durham .. staff quoted “we aren’t trusted”
Best of luck to sellers and buyers mine took 7 months and felt I need to placate to ensure it was successful … very stressful indeed !
