Refusal to deliver - although they had delivered twice before

We ordered 2 items from JYSK Greece. We paid €129 delivery charge. Today the transport co phoned and told us to pick the items up from them a 2-2.5 hour round trip.
When I complained to JYSK they told me we lived in a remote area. I explained that every other delivery company manages to deliver and in fact they had delivered to us twice before. I told them they had our address when we paid for the items, so if there was a problem then was the time to tell us not now.
We’re now just getting copy and paste replies. This is unacceptable.

No smile just ordering....hello i am a customer.!!!! No Jysk for me here in Rethymno, unfriendly staff, more occupied how to survive the day then actually interact with customers but commanding around. Bye bye Jysk

Bad experience dont buy from website

I have bought a product on the website on 29/12/25 it was on discount and wasnt available on store or pick up from store, I didnt recieve it for a month.
I contact the customer service, they say the reservation was cacelled the refunded becasue they couldnt deliver. They didnt send one email, they didnt call once. I work from home, I am home all day.
Anyways now the product is double the price if I want to buy again. I requested they give me the price I paid for and pick it up myself they declined.

5 weeks and countless email. THEY canceled my order!

Ordered a bed and other items after 5 weeks and countless emails with them promising 'delivering soon' and 'you will be informed when the items have left the central warehouse in Bulgaria in 'a few days' I gave then one last chance and asked them to be more specific. THEY cancelled my order and I am awaiting a refund. No doubt there will be other excuses from them as to why the refund hasn't been made.

The broken chair conundrum

I had ordered six chairs. Three boxes of 2 chairs came, one contained a broken chair. I contacted customer service and told them that one chair was broken and asked them to replace it.

First of all, the customer service is very slow either this is via email or chat.

Second and most important, they refused to come pick up the broken chair and replace it saying that the chairs come in pairs and that I need to have the box intact with two chairs inside one being the broken one, for the company to come and pick it up. As the customer service, took more than three days to reply I discarded the box that took a lot of space in my living room.

They are now saying that I need to bring the chair with my own means to one of the retail points. I think this is unacceptable especially having paid an excess of €30 for shipping, and that the fact that the chairs coming in pairs into the boxes is not my problem at all, but their problem. it has been more than 3 weeks that this problem has not been resolved and I have a broken chair in my living room.

The greek branch says that I need to 1st take the chair to a retail point of your company, that the staff there will order a new chair for me, and that when it comes, I need to go there and receive the new chair. In essence, I need to wait for a long time and also go to their retail point twice. Let it be noticed that I do not have a means of locomotion that can handle such a bulky package.

I have never had such a bad experience…

I have never had such a bad experience with an online store. I placed an order, the product was available, I paid for it, and delivery was supposed to take 2-5 business days. A week passed, then another, and I had no information. After two weeks, I called Jysk customer service. I was told to wait for an unknown amount of time. Another week passed, and I decided to call again. I wanted to mention that there is no contact email for customer service.
To resolve the issue with customer service, you have to spend at least 45 minutes on hold waiting for a connection. When I called again, I was told that the product I ordered would be available in 3 months and that they did not know why the product I paid for was not physically available. I decided to cancel the order. I was told that the money would be refunded within 30 days. That's how Jysk Greece works. Congratulations

Not functional

Placed an order a week and a half ago, received a confirmation, but still haven't even received the receipt. The customer service instructions say that if it's not in the junk folder, you should call 2111985096. I’ve been calling, but a short prerecorded message redirects me to the live chat on their main website, and the call ends without giving any other options. On the website, the live chat option is disabled. Just chaos and no way to get in touch.

Good product quality and very poor CS

No issues with the quality of the product. The problem is how jysk sets customers expectations in terms of delivery timeframes. Furthermore, the customer service team offers such poor support: only automated replies with templates barely providing relevant information on the case. Communication goes only in Greek.

Order placed August 8th

Order placed August 8th. Today it's Septemeber 16th and their answer is they gave it to the shipping company for delivery. Shipping company insists that the shipment is in jysk ligistics canter in Bulgaria. Why on earth is this my problem to solve and waste time on? Sort your business out Jysk. We are the CUSTOMERS

update September: They have closed the customer service chat and do not even accept calls today. The message is to call back later. What a joke

They don't deliver and drop your call doing nothing about it

I did two separate orders with Jysk recently. I received in both cases an email saying the delivery company was trying to contact me. I send another telephone number to the first email, they called and all was fine. Seemed like a smooth process so I copy pasted the same answer in response to the second email. They sent me other two times a mail saying they tried to call me while no one ever did.
So I called customer service, they said they will call me: they didn't.
Ten days after, at 9am still nothing was happening, so I called again, they said they were about to send back the shipment to the warehouse, but they will try to stop it and call me back.
No one called me, so at 5pm I called again, they said the thing was being managed by a colleague that will call me back: no one called me.
The morning after I go an email the shipment got sent back to the warehouse, so I got very pissed and I called again. They said they don't know what they can do and they will call me back. I have been very insisted saying I need a proper response. Still the only response was "we will call you back".
Do you think anyone called me again?
