On the 4th of March i placed an order,ive sent three emails because ive not received it then I received a message to say it was delivered which it wasn't.very disappointed.

I never received my order, also requested update several times and no answers yet. Completely fraud.

I never received my order, completely ignored by the company- it has been 6 months of trying to get my parcel or a refund. I have sent multiple emails and tried contacting via shopify and I have been completely ignored by K-beauty. It has been an absolute nightmare shopping experience. Appalling experience.

I haven’t received my product yet. Where is it? I will now ask for a refund.

Great price point for products, fast delivery (even including a few free samples) - all the products were well within their expiry dates, no issues at all. Would recommend & use again.

Fantastic product, arrived on time

Wonderful store for all K-beauty needs. Good prices, quick delivery, but best of all is all the information provided for all the produts they sell. It's super useful, especially when I'm not just to restocking my usuals but also wanting to try out something new.

I have ordered from k-beauty UK twice now. There were 3 items in each order. Both times the orders arrived quickly and were well packaged. The prices were great! BUT in each package one of the items was close to or else on the expiry date (the other 2 products were fine) - these were both Benton products so perhaps best to avoid ordering this brand from them.

Well I ordered 5 products and received only 2, this is the first time using this company and I had high expectations, however seeing all of the other comments I am not expecting a reply from the email I sent. However I received an email stating they had a printing issue and I only received half of my goods however they have also sent them next day delivery so I am hoping to receive them soon.

First of all this is a legit company.

I first sent my order to a wrong address and they quickly act and send it to the correct address after i sent them a message on their website.

Then they made a mistake and did not send me one of the items due to lack of stock but they quickly solved it and were polite and responsive so I didn't mind. They sent me the item in a week and I am currently waiting the post but I generally appreciated their attendance. I was bit worried because they do not have a interactive customer service but they are responding emails pretty quick.

No product sent. No refund issued. No response to emails to customer service department. No correct telephone contact details on website- the one provided is a private residence.
Absolute scam - disgusting!

Didn't receive my order and received no reply from the customer service despite writing two messages.

Quick delivery. No nonsense.

I placed an order on 20th December but still haven't received it. The tracking number does not work, and no one is replying or even acknowledging my emails. I want a refund. I would also advise anyone against purchasing from this company as they are clearly unreliable and have poor, non-existent customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered two items and only received one item . When I emailed I was in formed that my one item had been accidentally put in someone else delivery. I could no longer have the product as it was sold out and would get a refund but waited 2 weeks now and still no refund even though I have emailed about 7 plus times .

Everything was very efficient. I found a product that I always use at a cheaper price than anywhere else, delivery was as quick as I would have hoped, packaging was very professional and I am happy with my purchase. Would definitely use again and recommend
