Investigation into a scam that lost me £2,100
I had a situation with a company who sold E-Bikes, I was scammed for over £2,100 pounds and had personal contact with one of the PI’s at K3K Investigations. I reached out to see if they were able to find the person behind the website. K3K managed to provide me with all of the required information to pursue with how I see fit. Providing information that was crucial for me to be able to contact the scammer on a personal level such as a phone number, address and full background checks etc, after several ignored emails. This information allowed to provide evidence to the police and courts if needed while K3K also offered to provide evidence to the court on their behalf! In turn, the scammer provided me with a full refund and hopefully others!
