We brought our 11 month old son with us on a trip to London. This was the first time we had left him with a babysitter, so naturally we were a bit anxious to do so. The Hotel Nanny (and Ekram) went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable ahead of our booking. Ekram was incredibly kind and caring to our son and provided many updates throughout the evening. She was a wonderful nanny.

During our stay, we required a babysitter for an evening at our hotel, having come from the U.S. The entire experience, beginning with the booking, was seamless and reassuring. Ana was assigned to look after our toddler, and she was fantastic. Right from our first encounter, I felt confident that my daughter would be in good hands, safe, entertained, and well-cared for. We'll definitely choose this service again during future travels!

We hired Ekram to look after our child at our hotel during our trip to London, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The service and our nanny, Ana were wonderful. We had a last minute change of caregiver, but Lucia had three capable alternatives for us to choose from. Ana was prompt, communicative and most of all great with our three children. We would highly recommend Hotel Nanny.

As an anxious parent if 4 month old I felt the entire experience from booking was seamless. We had EMEL look after my son. She let us have a night kid free and we felt very relaxed with her. From the moment she came to the hotel she greeted my son and let us get ready for out night out. She sent me reassuring texts whilst we were out that everything was fine. She fed and bathed my son and when we made it back to the hotel he was fast asleep. He was very happy and settled with her. I would definitely book her again as she was so friendly and very experienced.

What I loved about this derive was that they answered every question I had pre booking.

I had a great experience with Hotel Nanny. I was visiting from the US and needed someone to watch my 9 month old son for 2 evenings. I was sent the CVs for 4 nannies who were available for both of my dates and I chose Ekram. She was lovely. She arrived right on time and ready to play. My son was comfortable with her immediately. I had emailed her his bottle and bedtime routine and she had reviewed it ahead of time and got him to take his bottle and go to bed both evenings without issue. I felt very comfortable knowing that my son was in good hands while I was away from him. I will definitely use Hotel Nanny again in the future if/when I am back in London.

We had the pleasure of having Ekram watch over our children while in London. She was very friendly and the kids warmed up to her very quickly. Professional, easy to work with, and great at giving options at the last minute. Ekhram was a lovely nanny for our 8 yr old son. Usually a very shy kid, He warmed up to her immediately. She helped us two nights in a row, had excellent communication, arrived early and on time, and was flexible with our schedule. Will definitely use this service again. 💯 recommend!

Amazing experience! I contacted this agency very last minute for a nanny and Anita was incredible. So tentative to our children, we felt safe with her and the kids had a great time. My daughter even asked for more time with her!

Our sitter Rebecca watched over our 4 months old baby at hotel Nobu in Shoreditch from 8pm to 1pm, she was very friendly and seemed very at ease and experienced. Great and reliable service, will definitely use again when in London

Very happy with Hotel Nanny!
I requested the service quite spontaneously and we got the wonderful Ekram taking care of our 9 months old baby. Ekram is very professional, experienced and reliable professional- we definitely felt relaxed leaving our son to her.
Hotel Nanny provided us with 3 options we got to choose from, including full CV and qualification details. Everything was very transparent, including the pricing (there were no hidden cost for transportation or so)

Would definitely contact the agency when I’m back in London.

We were visiting from the US and between two families, the parents needed a night out. Becky did a fantastic job managing 4 kids with all different needs/energies. The kids had a blast with her, and I would definitely recommend her to others.
