We attended a wedding at the hotel and were assigned 2 nannies, Lucia and Natalia to look after our 5 year old daughter and her cousins. We were very impressed with both of them from the outset. They kept us informed at each stage of the evening as and when needed. Our 5 year old got on well with them and had a great time whilst we could enjoy and relax for the wedding. We would not hesitate in any way in using the hotel nannies.

Wonderful experience!
We had a nanny named Ekram who was absolutely superb. This was our first time using a nanny at a hotel and we could not have been more pleased. Ekram was absolutely lovely; upon meeting her, she put us right at ease immediately and our 1 year old son fell in love with her immediately. She was gentle and caring but had a certain consistent confidence about her that translated well. She fed him well and played games with him. She took the time to periodically share a few pics and videos of how happy he was in her care on the days we were out; not by request, but just because she acutely sensed we would appreciate it, and we certainly did. If and when we come back to London I would request her again in a heartbeat.

Impeccable service
Our five star hotel depends on this service for daytime and evening bookings for our guests. The staff are polite, professional and not to mention fantastic with children. Having this service in place means guests can happily use our hotel restaurant and spa with peace of mind that their children are being cared for by the best.
