Great service. Very professional team.

Our nanny, Sonia, was lovely. Our son was pretty anxious about being left with someone he didn't know in an unfamiliar city (we were visiting London from NYC) but she put him at ease immediately and he had a ball with her! Arranging everything with Hotel Nanny was super straightforward. We'll be using this agency again when we're next in London

Hotel Nanny provides a wonderful and stress free experience. Our nanny Laura was wonderful, our daughter had the best time -and therefore so had we!

We were amazed that the agency was able to organize a nanny for us at the last minute. We put in a request at 9 am and the nanny was able to come over by noon. The individual looking after our 2-year-old son was great and extremely professional. I highly recommend Hotel Nanny if you need someone reliable urgently. We're so thankful!

It was the first time using a nanny for us and we can't wait to return to the hotel to make use of this service once again. We could head out worry free and the nanny kept us updated all day while we attended a work event. They went out to the park, had dinner and our son was sound asleep when we got home. We were so nervous but our nanny made us feel at ease right away. Thanks to the team !

My nanny was delayed returning from her holiday due to a cancelled flight and I had an awards event in London that I needed to attend. I found Hotel Nanny online and sent a WhatsApp messsge very late at night (23:33!) and was amazed to get a very swift response, clarification of my needs and the CV of an available nanny for 5pm the following day. I confirmed and made payment at 6am and it was that simple.
Hetty, our nanny, made contact in the morning my WhatsApp, arrived promptly and was engaging, positive and calm. She took our son for a walk so we could get changed in the hotel - then confirmed he was fed, washed and in bed before I’d even sat down at the dinner, which was really reassuring. I actually won my award category so was incredibly pleased that I was still able to attend in person but also that our 11month old was being cared for by someone so qualified.
I couldn’t believe that it was all arranged by WhatsApp instead of spending hours on hold to an agency and the service was excellent throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend highly - Hetty was superb as was the Hotel Nanny contact on WhatsApp. Thank you!

It’s great to have a reliable and Trust worthy company to use and this is our second very nice nanny.

We had a half-day with Elisa before our wedding and then her support for the day, and she was excellent. Immediately formed a nice bond with our two kids (1 and 3), and was attentive to their needs.

We also had Ekram and Virginia join us during the reception for a childcare area we had set up in the venue, and they were a hit! A lovely day all around.

I found the company online during my visit to London and my hotel didn’t offer sitters directly. I found reviews on multiple platforms and booking was easy. After booking online, I received an email with résumés for available sitters on the requested date. Our sitter Ekram was wonderful and my kids enjoyed spending time with her. We came from our night out and they were asleep. Ekram kept me updated and was flexible when I needed to extend the time a lot. Payment is transparent and done through the platform. I would definitely reach out again to them whenever I’m in London.

Hotel Nanny was easy to book and communicate with prior to our appointment. They sent information about the nanny before hand and Rebecca was great! She provided updates as we were out. We would definitely use this service when we are traveling to London in the future.

Prompt, communicative. Kids settled right away and had a good time

We were so thrilled to have Elisa care for our 3 sons between the ages of 6 and 9 at our hotel room for 5 hours. She arrived early and though we were not quite ready, she patiently waited in the lobby and we had a chance to talk to her before we left. Her resume was impressive and we felt confident that our kids would be safe and in good hands with her. She was warm, courteous, and the kids that were awake immediately felt at ease with her. She was able to adapt and problem solve with unpredictable issues when we could not immediately be reached. Our kids enjoyed their time with her, and said they had fun. She was very accommodating and let us know she could stay longer if we were running late, which was the case. She gave us updates while we were away and when we returned, she explained what they did and how everyone behaved. We will definitely ask if she is available again when we return. We felt very lucky to have her as our hotel nanny.

Sonia was a gem! Her previous experience made us comfortable, and she sent pictures the day she watched our daughter.

We were very happy with both of the sitters we used, Laura and Elisa. The kids reported that they loved their time with them both. We will be sure to use this service upon our next London trip.

We needed a nanny in London, it was very short notice and i did not have high hopes of finding one on such little time. We contacted this agency, and they linked us with Virginie who was an angel bot only to our baby joy, but also to us. She was very accomodating, worked around our schedules and our needs. we always got plenty of pictures of a Smily baby. I can’t recommend this agency enough, as well as Virginie for all they do. ❤️

Ekram was truly the most lovely person. Booking a nanny abroad was a little nerve wracking for us but as soon as we met Ekram we were completely at ease. She bonded with the children immediately and we were able to head out for child free dinners and adventures knowing that our kids were in the absolute best care. When we arrived home at night the kids were fed, bathed, and asleep and the house was tidied. Ekram made our already wonderful trip even better. I cannot speak more highly of her and how loving she was with our boys. I could write a novel about how lovely she was and our kids thought the world of her. Ekram is personable and kind and has a true gift for working with children. Thank you, thank you!!
