This company was super responsive and connected me with the best sitter. Kadri was absolutely FANTASTIC! My kids took to her instantly and within 5 minutes of meeting her, all my apprehensions about leaving my kids with someone in a foreign country were put at ease. I will be using them again in the future and will recommend to my friends as well.

The nanny was excellent
The nanny was excellent, very reassuring and kept in contact with me meaning I could enjoy the event without needing to worry about my 5 month old. She arrived promptly and had a lovely manner with my child. The company were easy to deal with and the service was reliable.

Amazing nanny and service
Rebecca was absolutely brilliant. Made us feel completely at ease. Dealt with the twins waking up perfectly and due to her confident, reassuring and professional nature we were able to enjoy our first night out since the twins were born.
Rebecca was an absolute delight and I would highly recommend her to any parents of twins.

Have been using Hotel Nanny for years, Exceptional, providing CV's of sitters and demand and being able to accomodate very last minute (sometimes in the span of 40 minutes) have been the only nanny agency I have used since they started and would always recommend to others.

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience, leaving our children (age range: 2 - 7 yrs) in the capable hands of the Hotel Nanny team. We felt a slight hesitation (perhaps even guilt) to go out with the two of us and leave our children with the nannies, but that vanished completely when we met Virginia and Lisette. They naturally blended into our everyday rhythm of trying to get four young children prepared for bed. Our kids were really excited too when we asked about their experience the day after. Fantastic Experience for our 2 year old son
We had Laura as our babysitter for our 2 year old son last week and we could not have been more pleased!
She even showed up a few minutes early so he could get used to her for a bit before we left. She was friendly and warm and just had an excellent mannerism with him. He usually gets a bit upset right when we leave, but we told him we'd be right back and he just kept playing with Laura. She even sent us a text update and photo while we were out and our son was in great form upon our return despite him staying up way past bedtime :) (we told her to keep him up until we returned and this was no easy task). We will definitely be looking to book Laura again on our next trip to London! This was our first time using a service like this and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
