I ordered a dog bed from this company on the 1st May and payment went through on the 2nd. I have had no delivery information or any correspondence from this company despite numerous emails and messages. The only thing I am getting from them is requests to leave a review! Any reviews that are unfavourable are removed! Do not buy off these scammers.

Still not received order, took my money, sent numerous emails with no response, when I try to track my order with DPD just says not received parcel, shocking customer service, con artist taking people's money, shouldn't still be in buisness doing this to hardworking innocent people

I purchased a xlarge dog bed for £108 on 4/5/25 I have emailed k9 beds many times and got no reply. the item I ordered and paid for hasn't arrived it's know 26/5/25 I think this company is a scam stay away or you will lose your money like I have I'm not happy they are robbers

This is an update on a review I have already left.
I made a charge back via my bank for the Two Brown replacement covers I ordered early March that I’ve never received.
I have since been informed that K9 Beds have tried to take the disputed payment from my account AGAIN.
Please be vigilant with this company.
Joshua Bird is still actively working ( suppose to have resigned ) on 17th March .
The only way to see the true colours is by the number of angry faces next to the posts as all the negatives get deleted .
All the relevant authorities are on to him now ,

I have tried endless amount of times via email, messenger, Facebook where my messages on comments vanish (funny that!) to ask them to get in contact about my bed order, which they were swift enough to take my money back on 02.05.25, but I have had SERO responses to let me know what has happened to my order. Very disappointed with Lee and Jane Bird. So unprofessional and very unfair of you to ignore your customers who have paid for a bed in good faith only to be totally snubbed and ignored when asking for the bed that I had purchased. Needless to say, I will be looking to get my money back. This was nearly £100.00 I parted with and as you can tell I am not happy that I have not received my purchase. Absolutely disgusting service. DO NOT BY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Would rate this -1000 if I could . I ordered a bed for my dog at the start of April , paid for express delivery , it is now 21.05 and still no bed even though we are receiving emails asking us to leave a review on the bed and comment on the quality as if we have received it ?The customer service has been appallingly from this company from emailing them numerous times, being ignored and blocked! Joshua bird the guy who’s left a 5* review for his own business lol told us our bed would be with us within the week, lot of rubbish now he doesn’t even reply to any emails and my partners email address has been blocked. Whole company is a fraud we have contacted our bank to get the money back as these beds are far from cheap ! This company needs to be held accountable and I suggest no one should purchase anything from K9 beds !!!!

Having seen all the ‘amazing’ reviews on social media I decided to treat my dogs to a lovely new bed. So I placed an order in good faith and just like that I fell into the same trap as everyone else….
I have sent multiple emails, called and left messages via their social media adverts but to date there has been no acknowledgement or reply.
Out of sheer frustration I left a review on their page which was removed within hours - at least now I know why I only saw positive/amazing reviews on their page!
To anyone else considering a purchase, I hope you check these reviews first as there are many others who have experienced the same and far worse than I.
We are all currently taking steps to reclaim our money via banks etc.
My advice - believe what you’re reading and don’t put yourself in the same position as us.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered a bed on the 03/05 with 2-4 business day delivery. It’s now the 18/05 and although DPD have the order info, they do not have the parcel. I’ve tried contacting the company via Instagram, Facebook, email, the contact form on their website, all to no avail. And to top things off, any comments I leave highlighting my concerns are miraculously deleted!
Needless to say we’ll be contacting the bank regarding a charge back. Company wants investigating as it’s fraud and a blatant money grab.

We ordered a dog bed for one of our girls who is a little older and needs more support. After receiving zero updates about the progress of our order for several weeks I asked the company when we could expect the bed. We were informed our order was a "pre order" and they were shipping soon, despite no information about this being a pre order at the time of purchase or on any of our order documentation.
We asked for a refund but despite this the bed has still been mailed to us, several days after our request. So not only have they blatantly taken our money and other people's money they are completely ignoring their legal obligations as a business. I have continued to reach out via email to no response and would try to call if the business had a phone number listed.
This post is a warning to any potential buyers in the future. Do not buy from this company.

I was really worried after I ordered an xl bed for my dog with 24hr express delivery after reading trustpilot, well it arrived next day, brilliantly packaged, great quality in every way cant fault the service and speedy delivery. I think perhaps cause they a small company you don't get an email to confirm order or have people available straight away to reply back to you, but I guess that means the price would go up also. For me can't fault them

I’ve Lost Faith in This Company
I’ve Lost Faith in This Company. I bought two large bolster beds for…
I bought two large bolster beds for £200+ and they have been excellent for our Basset Hounds. The issue we have is that the covers and liners are now past being usable and that makes the beds unusable. For the last two+ years, with the first message sent on March 14, 2023, I have been asking for replacement liners and cover. I simply want to buy replacements items. With no reasonable response privately, I asked for assistance from the company via their Facebook page and have now been blocked. When I have looked up the company and directors on Companies’ House, the director of K9 Beds has resigned this post and a second dog product company associated with the same person has been placed in liquidation according to CH. I wish no ill to any company or their staff. I would only like a professional response. Now I can see that other people have had some v poor experiences from K9 Beds. I have given up with them. It’s a shame because the beds themselves have been very good. Our dogs’ health and comfort are our priority and these beds worked for us. Sadly the same cannot be said for the follow up customer service. I will get covers and liners made by an upholsterer. I could order two new beds and they may eventually arrive complete with liners and covers despite none apparently being available .. but I won’t. Unfortunately I’ve lost faith in this company. I also see that a person using the same Name as the now ex director of K9 Beds has written a v positive review … he is also listed as ‘a teacher’. Hope it’s not Business Studies! According to Trust Pilot, people who have left negative reviews have been approached to remove them. K9 Beds has breached TP’s regs and no ratings are available to them as a result.

I placed an order on 14th April 2025, order was confirmed and on 18th April I recieved an email stating it was on its way with a DPD tracking number. DPD also sent an email to state they have recieved my order details but are waiting ro recieve the parcel. This status has not changed, I left it a couple of weeks then emailed K9 to find out when I'd recieve my goods. I was told that I'd recieve them by the end of the week if not the beginning of next. So again I waited, no updates on the tracking, again I emailed K9, no response. I managed to find a phone number, which never answered so sent a text. Recieved a photo of my parcel stating it would be collected that day and I still to this day, am waiting for my parcel. They are now not replying at all and I have done a charge back through my bank. It's also funny how there is a review from Josh Bird on here, and he is the guy sending emails out!

I ordered a dog bed from this company in March but have now accepted it’s not going to arrive. I received an email on 23.3.25 telling me it was on its way, followed by an email from a courier service confirming they were expecting the item. A week on and I’d heard nothing further so I contacted K9beds on their queries email address. Within a few days I was contacted by Joshua Bird who said “This should be with you between end of this week and next. It’s the fabric for the cover we are waiting on. The label is printed so once it arrives it will go out same day on next day delivery.” Over the next couple of weeks I received emails asking me to review the bed and others hoping my dog was enjoying it and offering me discounts on future purchases. I emailed again explaining I was still waiting for the bed and that I was getting worried about the delay and having possibly been scammed. On 14.4.25 I received a reply “The covers came in late today so it should be with you over the weekend/early next week.” On 24.4.25 I emailed again, this time saying if the bed wasn’t coming I wanted a refund. No response to that email so I emailed for a final time on 3.5.25 to ask for a refund. No response to that either, and I’ve since seen comments on their Facebook posts from people who seem to have had similar experiences. Interestingly the comments disappear very quickly. Some of the correspondence I’ve had came from K9beds and some from K9 Comfort. I’ve contacted them on their queries email and through the contact form on their website. I’ve seen good reviews for the company so I’m not sure what’s going on. I chose them as they’re apparently a British family-run business. I really hope this helps someone else avoid the situation I’ve found myself in.
Editing this as the bed has arrived this morning (17.5.25). Still no communication from the seller so this was a very unexpected surprise. The quality of the bed is very good and I have no issues there, but I’m afraid I would still avoid this company in the future because of the extremely poor customer service and the amount of stress caused by the whole process.

I ordered a jumbo dog bed from them on 6th April 2025. I received a DPD notification stating they were awaiting the parcel on 8 April, I heard nothing more so I contacted K9 beds on 14 April asking if they knew when the bed would be shipped. Josh Bird replied on 16 April saying ‘it should be with you next week’. Nothing arrived and no updates from the company, or from DPD as they’d not received the parcel. I emailed again on 24 April, Josh replied on 27 April saying he’d ‘update me tomorrow’. I heard nothing further so emailed him again on 29 April. Josh replied on 3 May saying I’d receive the bed on ‘Tues/Weds next week’. Nothing was sent, so I emailed him again on 7 May. I’m yet to receive a response.
When I ordered the bed, the website stated it was ‘in stock’, so I would have expected this to arrive within a couple of weeks. It’s now the 13th May, I’ve had no response from the company and I’ve not received the bed I paid for. I’ve now raised a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back.

After ordering a bed for my poorly dog 3 weeks ago I have still not received it. The communication from this company is very poor, luckily I payed through PayPal so I could recall the money. No doubt the beds are good quality but the company itself needs to improve massively.

I ordered 4 beds, 2 sofa beds and 2 sleek beds, they were all delivered but I wish I’d seen these reviews first.
One of our dogs didn’t like his bed and I’d changed my mind about the other two, so I’d messaged them multiple times on Facebook, emailed and on their website to ask if I could send them back for a refund as they hadn’t been used and were still in the box, with no response- nowhere on their website says anything about not being able to send them back if you change your mind.
Unlike the other reviews I did receive them but I’d have never have ordered if I’d have known I wouldn’t be able to send them back and not get the money back, even though I paid on my credit card. All the reviews about this company having 4 names in a couple of years, that’s never good.
Avoid this company!!!!

Do not buy from this company. Purchased on 21st April paid £10 rush postage (1-3 days) and bed arrived on 8th May. Terrible customer service where they just ignore (numerous emails sent) you until you threaten to lodge a fraud complaint with your bank and then suddenly the bed arrives. Do not honour postage prices. The bed is also cheap with cheap fabric that is very thin and not what is in the picture - can get the same ones on Amazon for £20. Not even worth the effort trying to return.
