XL orthopaedic sofa dog bed
These dog beds are very good highly recommend 5*.I waited 2 weeks for mine but you wouldn’t be disappointed buying one. I bought the XL sofa bed for my greyhound and is perfect size for my fur baby.
Waitng for a refund after 7 months
First time I've ever written a bad review for anything! Still waiting for a refund from September 2024 (currently April 2025). Promised a refund via email, as bed was too big (proof of return sent to them), exchanged for a Medium (far too small) this was returned (proof of return sent to them), however my order has not been refunded despite a significant number of messages, emails, Web page contacts and letter (with supporting evidence) sent by registered post. Out of courtesy I would have hoped for a phone call or email - very poor.
No item and haven't heard anything!
Order came to roughly £100.
Ordered weeks ago, left 2 messages, zero correspondence that I even had the order (I have proof with my purchase)
Nobody is answering any messages. No email so you have to fill out a contact box on the website.
I had high hopes for my old dog.
Awful experience
Ordered on the Saturday- item said “in stock”
On Sunday got tracking saying it’s on its way
On Thursday the bed still wasn’t with the courier - I asked on various messages and only got a reply when I posted on their Facebook page
The seller said “we need to change our website to say they will need putting together “
Which in my mind doesn’t mean in stock
The seller offered a medium bolster
I ordered a large for a greyhound going of their own guidelines the seller immediately told me I had done wrong and they recommended a XL for greyhound- why go against what it said on your own site?
I agreed to keep the order open despite 6 days turning into 14+
The next day I thought better of it and asked to cancel
Seller said they “might be able to stop it going out Monday” - day before it wasn’t possible that it was ready on Monday
Promised to refund and send email confirmation
I sent 2 messages which were ignored and got no email.
So I messaged and said I was starting a bank chargeback and within seconds a reply!!!! They had assumed I had got a email - which I couldn’t get as one wasn’t sent.
I’ve left the bank chargeback open at this point
In the meantime have 2 lovely orthopaedic beds from Thedogsbed with next day delivery
Add to this when I got no refund email they said “there’s no point in arguing over a email”

I would love to actually be able to rate the beds quality, if it actually ever arrives!!
I ordered on the 16th March it is now 30th March and still no sign or further communication from the company.
Communication is key when it comes to customer service which this company certainly lacks in.
Quick enough to filter Facebook posts on theyre page but not respond to messages.
I will be raising a dispute with my credit card company if it hasn’t arrived tomorrow for a refund.
So disappointed but I now know the reviews are great on Facebook as they are filtered regularly.
Do not waste your money and order from this company!!!

Best quality dog bed, fast delivery and good communication
Ordered a bed on the 3rd December and…
Ordered a bed on the 3rd December and was promised delivery and again promised delivery even checking with DPD the carriers but they have not had the delivery yet to dispatch it to me.
Terrible company promising delivery and not sticking to their promises. Will have to place a stop now on this order which has totally messed up our dogs new bed with looking elsewhere for one. Dio not buy excuses will be xmas time for sure but if so why say 10 days delivery when it is not!
