I used to love this company but since I ordered replacement covers on 16 March I have sent multiple emails with no response at all and no covers sent to me. I see from other trust pilot reviews that Josh has now resigned and there appears to be nobody dealing with customer service. Such a shame. I will be seeking reimbursement through my credit card and wont be ordering from them again. The quality went downhill drastically recently anyway hence having to keep ordering new covers! Any bad comments on fb pages just gets deleted.
SCAM COMPANY
Ordered an Xtra large dog bed from K9. Bed was late arriving and had to contact the company several times before the bed was finally delivered. I also ordered an additional xtra large dog bed cover which has not been received despite sending multiple messages and emails. They have now blocked me on Facebook and I have been contacted independently by several people who have placed orders and not received the goods. Be warned this is a scam company who will take your money then shut you down. I will be reporting to Trading Standards and my bank. I have also notiFIED Facebook as they advertise on the Facebook site. DO NOT BUY SCAM COMPANY
Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Product Size and Long Delivery Time
I ordered a medium-sized sofa-style dog bed from this company and had a very frustrating experience. First, the bed took 8 weeks to arrive, which is far longer than expected or reasonable.
When it finally did arrive, the disappointment continued. The website clearly states that the sleep area of the medium bed is 77cm x 46cm, but the actual dimensions were only 64cm x 43cm. That’s a big difference and makes the bed far too small for my dog.
The product was not as advertised, and the delay in delivery only added to the frustration. I wouldn’t order from this company again unless they improve both their shipping times and product accuracy.
Shocking service DO NOT BUY
I am absolutely furious with the service ( or shall I say lack of it) I have had from this company .
I originally ordered a Large sofa bed for my Doberman in November as her Christmas gift .
I’d looked at them for months and couldn’t justify paying £100+ for a dog bed but all the positive reviews convinced me it would be a good investment .
Fast forward to the start of April , I stripped the whole bed including the under covers to freshen them all up .
I was shocked to see how much the mattress had flattened in such a short time ( a big dip in the middle ) I do have photos as evidence .
I straight away contacted k9 beds ( or K9 Comfort when you go on to their website) and added the photos asking for a response as the bed is advertised with a 10year no flat guarantee.
I’m still waiting for a response .
Before this happened I ordered 2x Brown covers that are suppose to be a limited addition and won’t be available for long .
These were ordered on 15/03/25, I still haven’t received them and my emails haven’t been answered .
I’ve done some digging and found that Joshua Bird has now resigned from the company .
I’ve commented on posts on Facebook asking who is now responsible for customer service ( I’ve took photos of my comments ) and they have been deleted.
I will NOT let this go , I’ll be contacting Trading Standards and seeking legal advice .
Previous reviews have all been great but it seems since March everyone is receiving the same poor service .
Please think twice before wasting money , all their reviews on Facebook are positive because they delete the bad ones and the same on their website .

If Joshua Bird resigned on the 17th March 2025 then how come he emailed me on 25th March stating when the covers were due in .
He has now blocked me from fb, I’m sorry but there is no way the other two directors ( his parents by the names and DOB )could possibly be the ones removing comments and blocking people .
In my opinion he’s still there but removed his name .
He will change the company name again Four times already and start trading in a different name .

I would love to leave a review of the replacement cover, but unfortunately, it still hasn’t arrived. I purchased it back on the 24th of January and was informed at the time that it was out of stock. I was told new stock would be available in March, and I confirmed I was happy to wait.
However, it's now the 22nd of April, and I’m still waiting. I’m very disappointed, as I originally bought the bed for our 16.5-year-old Labrador, and she currently isn’t using it because we’re waiting on the replacement cover.
Could you please update me on when I can expect it to arrive, order number 8122.

Fraudulent advertising, avoid this business
Unfortunately not a positive review which is a shame.
I have had one of these beds for my elderly Great Dane for a couple of years now.
It has unfortunately gone saggy in the middle. I responded to a post on facebook regarding the 10 year no flat guarantee, and sent a message.
The message was ignored and I was blocked from the page.
Unfortunately a bit of a scam business here with extremely fraudulent claims of a Guarantee they very clearly have no intention of upholding, and would rather block and ignore customers.
I loved the bed at first, and recommend to many people off the back of the amazing guarantee, it’s hard to find a great bed for big dogs.
And the bed has been well loved. But has not held up to the promise advertised. I feel ashamed that I recommended this company.
Truly, avoid this business at all costs. Very very poor customer service, and clearly only interested in taking your money, and not on providing a good product that lives up to the false statements plastered all over their advertisements.

Absolutely terrible customer service ordered on the 4th March turned up on Saturday, even though I've emailed and used the website contact to cancel the bed as my dog is no longer with us. Unless your really not bothered how long it takes avoid.

AVOID at all costs
Absolutely awful customer service ordered 2 beds a month ago only one turned up. Was assured second bed would be sent once medium covers came in. That didn’t happen as everyone but mine was sent out. No reply to emails or Facebook messages had to spam there posts on Facebook to get a reply! Managed to get a refund. Apparently they don’t keep a record of orders sent out and then when I asked why was told what do you mean why . Stay clear!
Very Poor Service
Have not received the goods ordered over a month ago. K9 Comfort have ignored multiple attempts to contact via email and Facebook and ignored my request to send goods or cancel order.
No customer service and VERY slow delivery
I ordered a bed on 18th Feb & received my order on 15th April, nearly 2 months later!!. I appreciate delays happen but the lack of updates and replies to my emails was very poor. I received one e-Mail to say the cover was on back order and another pointing me the email that had been sent with a tracking number which just said preparing shipment. I asked twice for a refund so I could go elsewhere but my e-mails were ignored.
I had ordered from here before and the delivery was slow but no where near 2 months, the most recent bed I finally received isn’t for purpose, as it isn’t big enough. I have tried contacting K9 Beds but haven’t received a reply so have ended up giving the bed to a friend with a small dog.
Sad thing about this is my dog loves the first bed we purchased and its good quality that’s why we purchased another. However after this experience I wouldn’t recommend and won’t purchase from again…

This is the 3rd order I have placed with this company. I ordered a dog bed a couple of years ago and was happy with the quality & service, ordered additional covers and no problems at all so I felt confident in placing a 3rd order with them for replacement covers however my trust in them has gone! I placed an order on 1st April for some replacement covers, I didn’t receive an order confirmation as per previous times so contacted the company by email and also on their contact form but received no response. I then added a review to Trustpilot as I thought maybe I had been scammed and it wasn’t the same company as previous. I then received a message from K9 expressing their disappointment with me as they had seen my review. They said they were going to sort out my order and asked me to remove my review, I apologised to them but explained how I had felt and thought I had been scammed etc but did agree to remove it. They said they would send my order out the following day……i’m still waiting…… I’ve sent a couple of messages since and have not received a reply. I wouldn’t trust this company, they take your money but don’t send the goods! I’d avoid at all costs! Really not sure what’s going on with them. Buyer beware!
Update: was told I’d be receiving my order this week still nothing, now blocked from their Facebook page after I left negative comments! They are a fake scam of a company
I ordered a bed over 4 weeks ago
I ordered a bed over 4 weeks ago. I understand delays happen etc however I managed to get a response (2 weeks later) only to be told there is still a delay, apparently my order said it was on back order (pretty sure it did not). Now 2 weeks later I am still trying to understand where my item is and get an update from these guys which appears to be very difficult. They sent a tracking number which just says preparing shipment. If you to wait over a month for a bed and still be unsure if it’s going to come go ahead and order
Scam company or zero customer care? Nothing Received!!!
Sadly I am another victim of good Facebook advertising and fake reviews. Joshua Bird has only responded to one email and is now radio silent.
I've waited two months and given ample opportunities for communications as to where my dog bed is.
I have no other recourse than request chargeback from my bank which I hope is successful, otherwise I am £55 out of pocket.
Be wary of fake reviews (particularly from Joshua Bird as he is a company employee). I don't know if they're a total scam or just so poorly managed that they are incapable of any level of customer engagement.
I wanted a UK made product which I could rely on, supporting home businesses instead of mass made overseas product. Sadly - I would advise avoiding this company.
Incredibly slow delivery
Ordered on the 14th March and it wasn’t delivered until 14th April. Communication is lacking, messages not replied to and emails took a week to get a response with an update on where my order was.
All in all, now the bed has arrived my dog seems to like it, it does feel very hard/firm so hopefully will last

Why is Josh Bird in charge of customer service and replying to e-mails? He lies and deletes reviews on Facebook and blocks anyone who says anything negative. Trading Standards is the way forward.
Broken cover under a year old
The beds themselves seems to be really good and my dog loves them however in less than a year the stitching around the sofa bed cover has come un stitched and the zip has broken off the main bed part of the cover. I assumed this was a one off manufacturing defect (it happens) however I have tried to contact k9 beds on multiple occasions though face book email and through the website over the last week and have received nothing back i appreciate it has only been one week but a conformation of communication and an idea on how long a reply would take would be nice, but after reading these comments im now concerned that I wont receive a reply at all.
Its a shame as my dog loves the bed and all I wanted is for a replacement cover to be sent to me because as I mentioned previously I assumed the issue with mine was a one off manufacturing defect which can happen anywhere but it looks like I won't be receiving a response:(

Great product the dogs love it and so do I. Durable and long lasting. Delivery a bit hit and miss but thankfully customer services was understanding and are to refund me my postage I paid for. Will update when it is done.
