Is this a scamming site or something? ive ordered waiting waiting emailing them asking where's my order and nothing no response whats so ever,wish I read the bad reviews before hand seems to be a coomon thing with these people

Avoid this company

Awful service from this company. I placed an order on 14th April for a replacement bed cover and I have still not receive it. I have emailed and messaged via social media, all with no reply. I have now been in touch with PayPal for a refund.
It’s a shame as I purchased a bed from them last year (hence why I purchased a replacement cover) and the service was excellent. I am also really pleased with the bed.
The worrying thing is, this company is still advertising and selling products. If they are having difficulties or do not have the items in stock, they should be advising their customers, not taking their money then ignoring them.

Shocking service

Shocking service, ordered over 2 weeks ago, got an email saying dpd are expecting my item over a week ago and it still hasn't been sent to them to deliver. Tried contacting k9 beds multiple times through Facebook, email and contact form on website and never hear anything back

PEOPLE BEWARE

so on 03/04/25 i first wrote this - i ordered an XL bolster on 09/02/25 and still not had my order! i have emailed and done facebook messenger, which i did get a response to be told they were on backorder (showed in stock when i placed the order) and was told should be here the 2nd week in March so i decided to wait. Anyway had an email from DPD on 23/03/25 to say they were expecting my parcel but still nothing arrived, so emailed again and just got radio silence, i made a comment that i should not have to wait over 2 months for this dog bed that was expensive and to not even get a "sorry and we will throw in a free cover for the inconvenience"
Anyway... update, after i wrote this first review i get a phone call from Josh saying he would give me a free cover if i removed this review, so i thought why not and i did as he promised the bed would be arriving soon and i would get a free cover.... BUT... dog bed finally arrived 23/04/25 nearly 3 months since i ordered it but surprise surprise no extra bed cover as promised, i have texted and sent emails asking about the cover that i was promised and again no response.... people be warned, yes the bed that has arrived finally is lovely i won't doubt that but the service is shocking and to be promised something that then didn't show up and to be ignored now when asking where it is, is unacceptable especially when i spoke with Josh to explain maybe if they communicated better with people they would not receive such bad reviews which has also fallen on deaf ears!!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Purchased on 21st April paid £10 rush postage (1-3 days) and bed arrived on 8th May. Terrible customer service where they just ignore (numerous emails sent) you until you threaten to lodge a fraud complaint with your bank and then suddenly the bed arrives. Do not honour postage prices. The bed is also cheap with cheap fabric that is very thin and not what is in the picture - can get the same ones on Amazon for £20. Not even worth the effort trying to return.

I ordered a bed on April 22nd and here we are 8th May with no bed (when ordering it stated 2-4 days delivery) comments on their posts being deleted and no updated on when and if I will ever receive my order. I have contacted them through email, facebook messenger, instagram message and I just keep getting an automated reply. I then commented on a few of their posts hoping to get their attention and asked if they could get back to me regarding my order.. NOTHING! I am still receiving numerous emails however with discount codes, but no response to actual customer emails. It is a shame because I know someone who has a bed from this company, and the quality (so far) is good, but god forbid they ever have any issues with the 10 year guarantee I can imagine they would get absolutely nowhere. All other reviews state the same thing, deliveries being made and months down the line no goods delivered. Shocking! They should not be allowed to sell goods online!

AVOID K9 BEDS at all costs!!!!!!

If I could give 0 I would! No dog bed, No delivery, no communication, no refund, actively on social media but delete comments you leave about trying to get a refund, asking where your delivery is or how bad the service has been.

Ignored, Blocked, and Still No Order – Poor Experience with K9 Beds LTD

Review of K9 Beds Limited (previously Clever Paws LTD):

I ordered a replacement dog bed cover from K9 Beds LTD on 8 March 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, the item has not been delivered as of 7 May 2025 — nearly nine weeks later.

On 4 April, I received a direct message from Josh Bird (listed on Companies House under company number 15595354) stating:
“I’m still waiting on the cover but hoping to have them next week. You should have tracking. It will go out same day it arrives on next day delivery.”
However, this did not happen, and further emails and messages were ignored.

Here is the timeline of my communication:
• Order placed: 8 March 2025
• Shipment supposedly sent via Shopify store confirmation: 23 March 2025
• First follow-up: 1 April 2025
• Josh responds: 4 April 2025
• Chased again: 16 April, 24 April, and 7 May
• Blocked on Facebook: 7 May 2025, after asking publicly for a response and stating I had not received any replies to my emails.

I was blocked from their Facebook group after asking for transparency and help. My comment — which asked politely for a reply after weeks of silence — was deleted, and I was removed from the group.

Interestingly, Josh Bird’s appointment as company director was terminated on 17 March 2025, but he was still communicating with customers and representing the company in April.

I do not recommend this company based on my experience. There is a clear lack of communication, customer service, and follow-through on basic order fulfillment and I am not the first customer to have experienced this with this company.

If I could give 1 star I would

If I could give 1 star I would. Ordered over two months ago and nothing received despite them initially saying it was coming. Now when I message to ask them to refund or send my item I just get ignored. They hide any negative comments on their social media and just show the positive.

I've ordered a bed nearly three weeks ago now and it's still not delivered despite the 5 business days delivery cost. I've emailed, messaged on facebook and filled out a contact form, hearing nothing. Do not order they scam!!!

Ordered a dog bed on the 21/4/25 , as of today no bed !!!! No communication, have been blocked from the website and FB page! Now I have taken up with PayPal so hopefully they will resolve it ! Such bad service , total scam company, do not buy anything from them !!!!

Do NOT buy from this company

Honestly, I'm at a loss as to what to do, but it appears that I am in the same boat as everyone else who has ordered from this company. I ordered a bed on the 24th of March, also with the promise of a couple of days delivery. 2 weeks passed by with no bed whilst the shipping label was created giving false indication. I contacted the company many times with no reply. The bed turned up which I refused at the door to then be returned to the company. Emailed them again. No response until I tried to raise the turn to Klarna which is when Josh said the refund/return will have to be dealt through with that which was on April 8. Since then, I have sent them 4 emails, left comments on their Facebook, tried to leave a review on their website with no response. I have never dealt with this level of disregard or terrible customer service in my life. Please do not buy from this company unless you have money to waste.

Ordered a bed from K9 at Christmas and…

Ordered a bed from K9 at Christmas and although it took much longer to arrive than stated my dog liked it and it seemed to be of good quality. Ordered a second smaller bed in early April to go in the boot of my car to take on holiday 10 days later, only after receiving a specific assurance from Josh that it would definitely arrive on time. Only wish I’d checked out these reviews on trustpilot first, as big surprise, nothing has been received and I had to go out and buy another bed. Dozens of emails, Facebook messages and enquiries through their website have been studiously ignored. Funny though that a negative Facebook comment I eventually posted last week in sheer frustration was immediately deleted and I DID receive an immediate reply from a very cross Josh! He was “disappointed with my attitude”! Hilarious! The disappointment of so many of his customers clearly doesn’t affect him at all as he’s still perfectly happy to rip people off judging by the many recent posts on here. He did however assure me that an immediate refund would be given. It hasn’t been. Shocker. So I’m now taking this up with my bank. Not sure what has gone wrong with this company but they are now a truly flaky and dishonest outfit with the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Please don’t give your money to them, they’re just awful.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Absolutely awful company to deal with! Never dealt with a company that's so shoddy! The beds are rather rubbish for the price. Just cheap foam, with a cheap really baggy cover over it which won't last 5 minutes. The base is made shoddy, the corners of the wood doesn't even line up properly, making the edges sharp and uneven. Definitely not worth the money paid. But that's not the bad part. I can accept that. It's when you contact them and get ignored. They took ages to deliver, then when it finally arrives only half of the bed arrived. Had to wait a few more days for the base to arrive and that didn't come with any feet, so the base and bed was useless. Tried to contact them to ask for them to send the feet so the dogs could use it, Absolutely pointless. They read your messages and ignore you lol. Then when you comment on one of their Facebook posts they BLOCK YOU!! Never have I ever had a company do that. Just shows how crap they are lol. They delete all of the bad reviews on there so it appears that the beds are brilliant. You come on here and see the truth. Unlucky for them that I have a hell of a lot of followers that I'm about to expose them to.

Do yourself a favor and buy your dogs another dog bed. These won't last long and the company is awful. I doubt they'll be going for much longer as no company can thrive carrying on the way they are.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered sofa dog bed in February Did not arrive. Complained and received DPD tracking number which turned out to be false. Finally received bed over 4 weeks after ordering and only when dispute raised with my credit card company. Dog likes the bed though! Think I was lucky to actually get one.
