Ordered Replacement cover for my dogs…

Ordered Replacement cover for my dogs bed on 11th May, no shipping info, no tracking and not received.
Sent numerous emails which surprise surprise no reply !!.
Still not received and by reading all the other negative reviews looks like they are scammers !!
I've contacted my credit card company and opened a dispute, hopefully they will be able to resolve this issue.
AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs they are total scammers !!

I placed an order on 3rd May and still…

I placed an order on 3rd May and still havent received it. K9 provided a DPD consignment no., on DPD tracking system they have not received it yet. I contacted K9 via email several times but no reply.

AVOID!!!! You'll probably never receive your order

Same review as various other ordered nearly 3 weeks ago had the DPD email days later and nothing else DPD still haven't received it and they don't reply to any email or messages. I've asked for a refund and nothing. I've now gone to PayPal to hopefully claim it back.

Avoid!!!

I had ordered from K9 before with no issues so I didn't hesitate to place another order. Almost 3 weeks later and still no sign of my order and there's no response to emails. As with other reviewers, the DPD tracking shows that they haven't received my order. If there was a delay on the bed and they explained it would be fine but I'm just being ignored. Instead they had the cheek to ask for a review! A terrible way to treat customers!

Highly Recommended

Love these dog beds, great quality, good sizes and very durable, which is very much needed for my big boisterous boys.
The first bed lasted ages before I needed to order a new cover, most beds last a couple of months in my house so I was more than happy to only need to pay for a new cover and the bed is as good as new.
Second bed has just arrived (not a replacement but an additional bed)there was a bit of a delay this time but I assume they must be busy at the moment.
Love that they have a waterproof cover under the actual cover, the covers are machine washable and if my boys managed to damage the bed I can just order whatever needs replaced instead of having to buy a whole new bed.

Scammers

Scammers! Avoid. Ordered a bed in good faith. Like others have written it says the order is on its way with DPD but for over 2 weeks now it still says DPD are awaiting the order and there has been no response from K9 beds despite various emails from me. Learnt my lesson on this one and now contacting my bank.

I ordered a bed on 30th April 2025

I ordered a bed on 30th April 2025! I waited weeks so I emailed company asking where my pet bed was( they had taken the money). I had no response. I then had an email asking me to review my experience so I replied saying I can’t review as iv not received my order. I then found them on Facebook and again asked where my order was, still no response, I commented on one of there photos asking about my order and expressing iv seen that people are saying they are scammers! No reply. So I sent a message again requesting refund and also telling them how Iv seen all the reviews the post on Facebook about them being scammers and that I want a refund or my bed delivered or I’ll be reporting the company to trading standards and fraud team for taking my money (nearly £100) and not receiving the goods or a refund! To which point the company have now blocked me! Now if this company was legit they would have the decency to reply, and either deliver my bed or refund me my money! I have all the evidence of me trying to contact them I have proof of payment I even have proof of DPD not receiving my order yet! I ordered beds years ago and they were fantastic, not sure why they have now turned into what can only be called as scammers! They will no doubt shut this review down too! Like they have on me contacting them!

No reply to emails & no delivery

Having tried numerous times to contact Josh and also through the portal still no reply. Order was placed three weeks ago. When tracking the parcel DPD say they still haven't received it. Unfortunately I have now reported the company to my bank. Shame really as their beds looked really good

Report to Trading Standards immediately

This company needs to be reported to UK Trading Standards immediately.

We ordered a dog bed for one of our girls who is a little older and needs more support. After receiving zero updates about the progress of our order for several weeks I asked the company when we could expect the bed. We were informed our order was a "pre order" and they were shipping soon, despite no information about this being a pre order at the time of purchase or on any of our order documentation.

We asked for a refund but despite this the bed has still been mailed to us, several days after our request. So not only have they blatantly taken our money and other people's money they are completely ignoring their legal obligations as a business. I have continued to reach out via email to no response and would try to call if the business had a phone number listed.

This post is a warning to any potential buyers in the future. Do not buy from this company.

As per other reviews I think this is a scam. Ordered bed. Nothing has come. No reply to emails. No reply to online messages. My comments removed from their Facebook page. Disappointed ☹️

Scam

Scam, ordered a bed 2 months ago, no delivery, no response, no update and no refund, they even blocked me from contacting them. Avoid this company at all costs, you will find it impossible to contact them and receive no bed. £108 wasted. Reported to shop, reported to the bank, reported to Facebook as a scam company. Got a refund from my bank and k9 have had the cheek to dispute my refund. They want your money for nothing in return. Horrible company to deal with.

I’ve waited 5 weeks for my bed and not…

I’ve waited 5 weeks for my bed and not had any response from them when I’ve emailed to see where it is. I’ve a so called tracking number but there’s no way of tracking it. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and have lodged a complaint with them so hopefully I’ll get my money back.

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST! Ordered a couple of beds in their "Easter Sale" (which were in stock at the time) delivery was supposed to be within 7 days. 3 weeks later no beds or communication from them. Think they are taking money and just not delivering, blocking bad reviews on facebook. Please check reviews on trust pilot, wish we had before ordering. Thank god for PayPal!

No words really…bed great but experience after awful.

Where do I start?!
We ordered a bed for our boy around 2 years ago and it’s been absolutely brilliant…no complaints at all on that front…we have recommended this company to many others looking for beds as we were so happy with the product.
Flash forward…February 6th when we ordered a spare ‘Extra Strong’ cover.
Weeks of waiting..over 12 weeks trying to chase up where on earth our order was.
We received the odd reply from Josh and tried to remain understanding & patient throughout…despite a valid reason or apology for such a delay.
Our messages were ghosted towards the end which made us feel completely scammed.
Then when I lodged a complaint with Shopify the cover magically appeared.
We have no apology or message to say it was finally on the way.
Hate to write bad reviews as the products are genuinely very good…when you finally get them.
If you were honest & upfront about any struggles you are having as a company then maybe people will understand.
It’s totally unfair to take peoples money & then ghost them for weeks on end without an explanation.
Our boy loves your bed & the spare cover is fab too…but the lack of customer care is appalling…feel so sorry for the people who have ordered from you in good faith & hope you have the empathy to fix things.
