Just did return flight to DXB. All went really well, cant recommend enough

K9 has truly set a remarkable standard in the pet transportation industry, Gone are the days of worrying about how your pet is treated in the cargo hold. My experience with them was nothing short of amazing. I was met with professionalism and genuine concern for my furry friend's well-being. Their team is not only knowledgeable but also passionate about animals, which immediately put my mind at ease.
On the flight, I was impressed by how attentive and nurturing their staff were. The jet itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped. The food was delicious and presented well.
I wholeheartedly recommend K9 They have definitely earned my trust and will fly with them again in the near the future!

We flew Cosmo the chow chow from UK to Dubai and had a wonderful experience! Adam and Emma were very helpful and friendly in the build up to the flight and on the actual day. Cosmo (and owner) really enjoyed the flight experience - all dogs were well behaved and relaxed the whole flight, absolutely no issues at all. Would 100% recommend K9 and would do it again next time we need to move Cosmo.

A fantastic way for your pet to travel in comfort and a stress free environment. There is absolutely no way I could bring myself to put my cherished part of the family in a cargo hold. The service that K9 Jets gives is next to none giving assurances along the way, really looking out for their customers. I will absolutely use them again in the future if travel is needed. A luxurious ground and in-flight experience, with wonderful on-ground and in-flight service before, during flight, and upon arrival. Flying internationally with pets can be stressful but K9 Jets has worked out the details.

K9 jets made moving to London with my 8 year old Shiba the easiest and best experience imaginable! We’ll definitely be taking more flights in the future! Adam and Emma were so incredibly helpful during the entire process and the crew on the flight were so sweet!

We used K9-Jets to help relocate our dog to the US, something we had not done before and were a little worried about given it could be complicated, but the team at K9 made the experience so easy, stress free and enjoyable. Highly recommend as the end to end experience was 10/10, from the moment we got to the airport to the moment we got through the other side. K9-jets really helped take the worry away when travelling with pets and thought of everything to keep me and the dog comfy.

My delicate yet adventurous 9 year old Abyssinian cat, Brownie, and I flew K9 in August 2024 from Farnborough UK to Teterboro New Jersey USA. K9 made everything perfect: thorough pre flight briefings, advice on pet health documentation, sensible seating according to passenger type & temperament, great food & drink, swift boarding & deplaning, no queues at customs, beautiful, small private airports, kind courteous staff on the ground & in the air, GREAT value for money. You get what you pay for: traveling safely and comfortably with my precious cat was worth the price, which was not much more than a round trip first class flight. This was the only way to do what I needed to do to get us safely from the UK to the US. Fly K9 for the peace of mind. You will be relieved and relaxed on what will be the adventure of your pet's life. Your pet(s) will thank you for it! Take plenty of photos!

Travelling solo with your beloved pet is complicated and could be stressful without the support and attention to detail from K9 jets! Of course the luxurious jet was part of the deal but all the other little extras for ‘over thinkers like me’ including the group information sessions, connecting us with PPHC to guide through and help prep all the paperwork, connecting us with AV8 to pick us up at the landing without even stepping foot in the terminal and of course having the immigration and pet teams board the plane and process the humans and puppers as well as answer questions and provide some great recommendations…. So much serendipity!

Flew from Milan to NJ - the entire process, from initially buying the ticket all the way through to clearing customs in the USA, could not have been easier. K9 jets provided a completely informative in-brief web meeting, allowing any and all possible question or concern re the flight process to be addressed well in advance. We were greeted in Milan with a super organized, calm, pleasant check-in. The flight was superb with dog and human amenities high quality and plentiful- no one went hungry, thirsty or uncomfortable in any way. Great vibes and service throughout! Arrival in US was quick and easy. Best experience possible, can not even imagine how to improve! I can’t say enough good things about K9 Jets! They flew me and my dog, Bellatrix, from the U.S. to London earlier this year, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free, which is saying a lot considering the usual anxiety that comes with international pet travel.

The K9 Jets team went above and beyond when it came to sorting out some last-minute issues with my vet’s paperwork. Their professionalism and attention to detail saved us a lot of stress and ensured everything was in order for our flight. I truly appreciated how they kept everything running smoothly during a potentially hectic day.

The boarding process was surprisingly calm and relaxed—my dad, who dropped us off, is still raving about how easy it all was! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the team was experienced and well-prepared. Bellatrix and I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire journey.

Having flown twice with K9 Jets from NJ - London & London - NJ, I highly recommend it. The service is personalized and the trip safe. All the dogs on my flights relaxed and enjoyed the smooth ride.

Our dog Larry is 32 kg (70 lbs) and older (11 years). We wanted to have an extended stay in Italy, including Larry. There was no way we were going to subject him to cargo and risk loosing him. K9 Jets provided a great solution to transporting Larry overseas. His air travel dog experience with me using K9 jets service was better than that I have had as a lone human.
The greeter for K9 welcomed us at the Teterboro Airport with champaign and dog treats. Unfortunately, Larry is allergic to most treats but I certainly enjoyed the champaign. Before boarding, they took Larry’s blanket to place on the couch where we would be sitting. This meant that as Larry boarded the plane, and walked down the aisle way to the couch, he immediately jumped onto the couch to curl up for the flight. The only signs of stress was a little at take-off and the descent for landing, but this was minor. The majority of the flight he slept comfortably as did the other dog passengers.
The flight itself was as smooth as I have ever experienced. My understanding is the higher altitude allowed by private jets as used by K9 avoids the frequent turbulence of commercial flights. So no worries about Larry being bounced from a seat or put into stress.
The service before, during and after the flight was fantastic, with assistance provided at every step. They made sure the seating allowed for dogs who wanted to “air pack” together were together, and those that perhaps would not get along were far enough apart to not be an issue. Food and beverages were provided and of good quality. Any additional snacks or drinks were easily provided on request. Upon landing, we went through a local customs and security check that was facilitated by the K9 Jets staff (Adam even greeted us at the Milan airport). I expected to have an extended experience on arrival, but K9’s coordination, verification and forwarding of key paperwork needed to bring a pet into Italy made it a very smooth and stress free process. I have global entry certification and pass thru customs easily into the US, but this was the easiest experience I have had to come from the US to anywhere. Every step of the flight process was handled professionally and with truly friendly courtesy.
Larry arrived in Italy wagging his tail and greeting his “Mom” my wife who flew out a day earlier. My only safety tip is to carefully look at the directions to get to the Milan Linate private airport as my wife encountered a cab only lane and a military base on her way to pick Larry and myself up following the phone gps only.
I highly recommend K9 Jets and their staff to help you safely and enjoyably transfer your precious pet overseas. No other solution came even close to how good of an experience this actually was to do something that can be very difficult. Waggy tails all the way.

K9 Jets was an amazing company to go with for my relocation from the US to the UK. My husband and I brought our dog and two cats, and there was ample space. My cats got a table for their xl carriers and my dog got to choose between laying under the table, or having a seat next to me. It was incredibly smooth and even though my flight was delayed to get to the K9 Jets flight, they reassured me and waited for me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever need to travel internationally. They also partner with PPHC which helped me get all the correct documentation in order as well. They gave personalized gifts to my dog and cats when we arrived, which was super sweet.

We flew from NJ- London with our golden retriever and it could not have been a better experience. From start to finish it was the easiest process and it made our dog travel comfortably. We wouldn’t choose another way to travel between countries besides K-9 jets!

Just a note to say this was a great service - relaxed and not stressful at all for our dog or I. Very well organized from the initial briefing call, then arriving and being processed at Teterboro through to documentation checks and clearance at F’boro. A little more expensive than had been quoted by the major airlines (20%), however for the service, comfort and lack of anxiety of moving our dog between two continents it was well worth it. Would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure to fly twice with K9 this year and service and comfort for humans and dogs are amazing.

The service and the welcome were impeccable and seamless, from our initial inquiry to getting into our rental car. Emma, Adam, the K9 Jets staff, the staff at Farnborough and at Teterboro were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond our expectations. Cassie, our stewardess, couldn't have worked harder or been kinder to the pups on our flight. The Teterboro ground staff also deserve special mention. They guided us through the airport/process and even found our rental car in the car park and drove it to the entrance, turned on the AC, and loaded our bags. Most importantly, our dog (who has heart murmurs) travelled safely and comfortably.
