FALSE SHIPPING CLAIM! This company will not last long; DISHONORABLE!
Claim delivery for everything 1 to 2 weeks! KNOWING damn well it’s more like 4 to 6 WEEKS!
An unbelievable misrepresentation to get the sale; it won’t last! Your ways are crooked and pathetic!

This company looks very like another Chinese company I ordered the same shoes from and some clothing. All was rubbish! Beware Damensein too, and Always check feedback on any online advertiser that pops up. I emailed the company so many times and eventually got a pathetic sum as a refund. Why are they not closed down?

You get what you pay for. When you pay $39.95 for a pair of dress shoes you really shouldn't expect a high quality product now should you?

I've purchased at least eight pairs of shoes from this company. I knew what I was getting when I ordered them. They look good, fit very comfortably and I really do get a lot of compliments on them.

These shoes are not for wearing every single day. They will wear out quickly...but they are cheap to buy in the first place! If you buy a few pairs you should only wear them occasionally and not every single day.

I really like these shoes, but I know exactly what I am getting when I buy them...a nice looking but cheaply made pair of shoes.

Waste of money. These shoes are cheaply made with extremely cheap materials that will not last very long, as is the case with most Chinese made products.

When i tried to return the shoes as it too small even though I ordered a size up, they would not accept the returns citing it will cost too much in postage and its my fault for ordering wrong size. So i am left with a shoe that does not fit properly and a waste of £30.

You have been warned.

They sent me wrong size. They will not return item as they said I received the correct size ordered. I live in uk and it was shipped to uk but somehow I think I ordered a us size??? It was not clear that there sizes are usa size and not uk.
Very cheap quality.

Ordered 2 pairs of men's shoes.
Got 1 pair of shoes, and it was the wrong colour.
Should've looked up their reviews on this site before making my purchase.
They have replied to me that the second pair is on its way now.
Waiting to see if it is indeed what I initialy ordered...

I am never buying anything from them again.

I ordered shoes in December, just received them last week, might as well not of received them as I would never wear them, cheap tat would be kind to them, bedroom slippers would have better soles, and what should be leather is thin plastic, it's a good learning curve tho for me for if I had googled them before buying and seen these reviews I would never of been scammed like this, once bitten twice shy!

Stay away from these scammers!! The shoes I ordered look nothing like what’s shown online. I requested an exchange or a refund. The customer service rep stated that it would be too costly to return the shoes and offered me a $5.00
credit after I’ve already paid $120.00. I complained about this via email about three weeks ago but I haven’t received a response. There’s no way to contact this company by phone.

Ordered from this company in December no delivery to date - now February. Email contact continues to tell us they are “in transit”. Now notice their website has disappeared. Read all the awful reviews and appreciate I was conned, but a very professional website. Paid through PayPal so hoping to get my money back.
These people are bandits!

Anyone with all their senses in one place should stop buying anything , anything at all from Kaaum! Once I realised my order was taking too long to ship and there was no contact number I smelled two rats , not one. And once I saw my money had been taken by a Chinese looking outfit , I went ballistic ! I did a simple thing. I wrote to an email address and made forceful noises. They whimpered I think . My money went back where it belonged . Nice lesson learned

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. One of them was acceptable. One pair was terrible quality and I never received 2 pairs. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they want me to choose something else. NO. I have filed a dispute with PayPal as well. Terrible customer service.

Pure hot garbage. These "boots" are like flimsy indoor slippers. Sorry I got scammed....never again!

What a scam! I order a pair of vintage leather boots. What I received was a pair of plastic or vinyl boots. Yes, the price was good and free shipping was nice, but they lied about the material and quality of their products. I contacted them for a return/refund and they refused. They did offer to let me keep the poor quality boots and offered a $5 refund. I paid $40. Stay away unless you like poor quality products that are noting as described.

Bought two pairs of shoes a few weeks ago advertised on a national newspapers web site .
Excellent and so comfortable and smart, worth at least 3 times the price, that I have ordered 2 more that will be delivered tomorrow, no problem with quality or delivery . Very pleased so far

I have ordered about four or five pairs of shoes and I have not received any of them. kauum will not give out their contact phone number so that you can reach them. My opinion is that they are rip off scum bags and I will get my money back.

The worst. The men’s shoe chart isn’t accurate. Bought my husband Christmas presents because that’s what he found and wanted. They are 2 sizes too small. One support person said they would return now they are saying they won’t. It also took over a month to get here. Unbelievable garbage all around. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I just hope this helps stop other people from purchasing there.

Sorry everyone got scammed. The shoes looked good in the pictures on an ad on my Samsung newsfeed, but I looked the company up, really glad I did....why don't huge companies like Samsung check the people who are advertising on their site? Appalling
