Dont send tickets till last moment

They send you a confirmation but dont send the tickets. I queried this and they said they would send them two weeks before the festival. I had alread looked on the FAQ but there was nothing there. I pointed this out and, like a robot, they just sent a link to the FAQ (that doesn't have that info). Its now a week before the festival and I emailed again. They say that they will be email in the week before the festival. No apology. So it could be the day before! So just stress for me. Why don't they just produce them straight away like other events. Then you know where you are as you have the tickets.

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch.

E-tickets are sent within the week leading up to the event, in order to reduce ticket touting. This is often requested by event organisers.

There is no need to panic, tickets are always sent ahead of the event and with them being e-tickets, they will arrive in your inbox soon after being sent. Our customer service team work 7 days a week and we have staff based at on site boxes, in the rare instance that there could be any issue with locating your ticket.

Ticket dispatch information can be found on your booking confirmation email.

Haven’t received my ticket for City…

Haven’t received my ticket for City Splash yet and the event is in 4 days! I was told I would receive it 7 days before the event!!!!

Ticket Disaster

Trying to make contact is Awful! No information on ticket to support information which was previously sent and the event is only a few days away.

No contact number its just appalling!

Lost tickets.

I had lost my tickets after my email crashed and was in a panic.
Olivia contacted me very quickly and was most helpful.
Being of a certain age I’m a bit of a technophobe. !!!!!!

Olivia and the entire team…INCREDIBLE

cannot thank Olivia and the entire team at Kaboodle Ticketing enough for their incredible support.

I had quite a stressful issue with my booking tickets, and from the very beginning Olivia was absolutely outstanding — kind, patient, professional, and incredibly comprehensive in helping me resolve everything. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled properly and kept me informed throughout the whole process.

It is rare nowadays to find customer service at this level. Olivia truly turned a difficult situation into a positive experience, and her care and dedication did not go unnoticed. She made me feel valued as a customer and genuinely supported every step of the way.

A huge thank you again to Olivia and the Kaboodle Ticketing team — exceptional service and truly appreciated!
