Awful situation and awful customer service.
After a bereavement in the family I tried to approach Kaboodle about returning or refunding or even a partial refund along with transfer options of my tickets and Campervan pass for the Stowaway festival.
I have sunk alot of money in to the tickets and now find myself in an impossible situation where the tickets are not issued until 7 days before the festival and there is no service available to transfer or get ANY refund of ANY kind.
The emails back were blunt and basically said, you can transfer the tickets to somebody 7 days before but we are not refunding you anything towards the cost of the ticket or pass. Please cancel and we will resell the tickets!?
I am gutted and cannot believe that there is no way of recouping any cost or re selling the tickets in any way.
It has been hard enough with the family situation and this has left me with a really horrible feeling around Stowaway (a family festival and their ticket vendors

Jason, Brad and Brook of Kaboodle Garforth were excellent installers of our replacement Caple gas hob. They were conscientious, professional, respectful of our property and knowledgeable. I was astonished, and initially somewhat incredulous, when Brad identified a small gas leak at a property (not connected to his installation at all), but he was absolutely right, He arranged for Northern Gas Networks to come out within two hours to sort it out. Philip in customer services on the phone was also great e.g. calling me back to offer me an earlier delivery date than was available online, knowing that I wanted the installation to take place asap. Highly recommended.
