trying to book for 2 carers for…

trying to book for 2 carers for disabled people but they only send me one carer ticket and when I try to contact them they do not reply

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can see that you recently reached out to our team (Kaboodle) via email to enquire about a second carer ticket and we were awaiting your booking reference so that we could advise further.

Kaboodle do not deal with access applications, and the event do have their own separate access team. Unfortunately this means that we cannot view your application or the outcome of it, which is decided by the access team.

I would advise that you reach out to the access team directly at info@summertimelive.co.uk. We will pass your details onto them so that they are aware you will be making contact.

Please note, if there are 2 people in your group who require 1 carer each, you will need to submit 1 application per person. If one person requires 2 carers, then please reach out to the access team above to discuss this further.

Ive changed the payment date twice on the phone and they've not done it

Hi Linda,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can see that your payment plan was reset on 10th February, at the time that your booking was reinstated.

Payment was set to be taken on 28th February, but failed multiple times due to your card expiring.

A manual payment was received on 3rd March, with your payment plan set to resume from 28th March.

We have attempted to take 2 further payments since 28th March, all of which have failed due to insufficient funds. A final attempt will be made tomorrow. If this payment fails then your plan will be paused and action will be required - in this case another email will be sent to you with more information.

A member of our team will call you today to ensure that the card details linked to your payment plan are correct.

Without a doubt the worst website to…

Without a doubt the worst website to use for ticket management. Purchased a boomtown ticket last year and ever. Single. Time. I try to log into my account I’m either told I don’t have an account, or my details aren’t correct (when I know for a fact they are). Then have to go through the long drawn out process of getting in touch with the help email address and getting my details reset, to log in, and then be met with the same exact issue days later.

Tidy Weekender 2026

Absolutely brilliant! I needed to change my arrangements for the Tidy Weekender in Spain and Jasmin was so helpful. Made everything really easy. And gave travel advice on top, can’t ask for anymore than that. Top service!
