I emailed about a name change and additional costs.

I emailed about an issue with my tickets and Eric got back to me very swiftly, with solutions. The whole process was quick, professional and friendly. I felt Eric went above and beyond to sort my issue out. Really happy with the outcome!! Thank you so much Eric you were great from start to finish.

Poor Customer Service

It took too long for a reply, which said it was nothing to do with Kaboodle, but I was told to contact you by Wychwood.

Between you, this is a failure in customer service terms.

I have considered this initial review and raised it by a star. It took nearly/over 48 hours for a response, which was simply saying it wasn't Kaboodle's responsibility. That might be within their published response times, but it isn't quick enough for customers who don't understand the subtleties of transferred responsibility for a small category of ticket (and which Kaboodle were responsible for last year).

NOT HAPPY

Unable to get the answers for my questions and impossible to find a number to call to speak to anyone. Im really not happy with the service!

I have reviewed the correspondence that you have had with ourselves and can see that your enquiry regarding accessibility was answered correctly.

The access team are not part of Kaboodle. Applications for PA (carer) tickets need to be made online via the event website. The access team will then review the application and confirm whether or not it is successful.

Contact details for the access team can be found under the accessibility section on the event website. If you need to speak to a member of their team via phone then we would advise that you email them to arrange a callback.
