I bought a product and it hasn’t being long to use, it has a scratch and it got rusted this is against health conditions, I have reported and send photos but they said the scratch is from use so they say they can’t do anything for the rust, that is unacceptable I have recommended to too many people and I told them to forget about it as there is no sufficient support after you get the product.
I paid for the product and also paid for the shipping, but I still had to go and pick it up from a collection point myself. That was very unpleasant. If I’m paying, it should be delivered to my home.

this 1 star is for DPD. they send a sms and email what time they come, i am waiting on the package, and they say i was not at home, and drop the order at some pickup point which is about 30 minutes of walking from my home. really bad service, had this before with DPD, will avoid all sellers using DPD from now on.
