Ordered on the 7th this is now the 17th and no sign of it, how can it take so long for something to be delivered?, its only coming from Denmark to Ireland, no hold up in customs so why the wait, where does my order go when its been shipped because its definitely not going straight to Ireland, I wont be ordering again, was told 6 months ago that it would improve, it definitely didn't its actually worse

Excellent service..I ordered 5 boxes of kimbo pods + 2 boxes of Segafredo. It came well packaged,neat and tidy.

My first order had an issue / good reaction from their support
My first order with them, and there was a problem with the courier (Correos); the shipment got lost and the order never arrived. Fortunately, their customer service resolved it quite quickly, which made me very happy. Now I'm trying the different varieties I bought to decide which one I like best for future orders. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I DONT RECOMMEND this
A lot of water remains inside the pods after use
At least 20% from liquid remains
I changed coffee machine
Nothing!
From 110 ml you gonna get 70..80 ml
Before Dolce Gusto machine I used Tassimo!
It is huge difference between Tassimo and Dolce Gusto!
Not recommended at all!!!
