My first time buying from Kafka and I cannot praise them highly enough. Prompt delivery of my Danner shoes and the way they are packaged is second to none. Superb 5 star plus plus plus.
I certainly hope to but again from them.

I don't often submit reviews but my purchase of Orslow fatigues was an absolutely textbook example of how online shopping should be. Information on sizing on the website is clear, the transaction was straightforward and delivery was rapid. The packaging was exemplary and a handwritten thank you for the order was a very nice, personal touch.

have ordered a few bits from kafka, top quality gear and everything about them is class; the website, the packaging and handwritten thank you notes with every order, delivery time if you need to return anything it’s so easy and refunds are processed very quickly… you can just tell they are a proud independent who actually value their customers a very superior shopping experience to that of the endless JD or Mike Ashley owned shambles that inhabit the internet, very happy to be one of their patrons, keep up the excellent work

One of the best shop for men in the UK , too bad since the brexit it take a bit longer but they made their possible with DHL for a complete service with VAT included .

I have bought from Kafka a couple of times and their service is outstanding Shipping is quick, returns are easy, you get prepaid tax for overseas, and just an overall pleasant experience.

This is the first time this place has come on my radar and will definitely be using again. Bought a Battenwear packable anorak, it was the best price offered and eclipsed other companies used previously such as End, not only for price and speed of delivery, but the overall experience. Its good to discover trusted places and I'm confident this is one of them.

This is one of the best curated shops for modern menswear with excellent customer service. Recently, a jacket I bought a week ago got nicked in the pub. Gutted having to buy it again, especially after the sale ended. They sorted me out straight away. Also, some of the fastest shipping out there, always comes with a lovely handwritten note too. I could not ask for more!

Another order just arrived...always try to buy from independent stores and no one is more deserving of your custom than Kafka...proper store !! Cheers again guys...

I agree with previous reviewers that the customer service from Kafka is really special. Their prices are very competitive and goods are packed and sealed with incredible care and dispatched immediately. I had cause to ring them with a question and the phone was answered immediately by a real person who was able to answer my question with knowledge and good humour. Really impressed and will be using again. Need to support independent businesses like this.

This is the second time I’ve bought something from Kafka, unfortunately I had to return the first purchase but on both occasions the level of service has been outstanding. For my most recent purchase I opted for next day delivery and they have not disappointed, the packaging is some of the most secure I’ve ever seen. Going in to 2023 I’ve decided to use more independent stores rather then the chain owned shops and Kafka are at the top of the list! Thanks!!

Ridiculous company. Placed an order (Order No.186319) to grab a big bunch of Stone Island items for summer as they had a sale on. I even messaged on Instagram to let them know as understand I spent a fair bit. The owner phones me the next day asking me lots of intrusive questions about my reasons for purchase and has the audacity to accuse me of buying the items to resell. He then stated that sale items are only for his regular customers and cancelled my order! Don’t even bother with these guys. They had the cheek to ask me to drive to Aberdeen from Glasgow if I wanted to buy stuff in future. Avoid at all costs.

Amongst the huge range of online options I still find myself coming back to Kafka for a quality service. You get a real sense these guys know what they’re doing and enjoy doing it well. Great range of clothing - I spent ages looking for a Kapital ring coat and snapped up one here. One of my best ever purchases. Very quick turn around for postage and a everything packaged with care and attention.

Been shopping with Kafka Mercantile for a few months now. Great website with accurate measurements on all the clothes so you have a very good idea of what is being delivered. Email service is quick if you have further questions and always next day delivery for your new clobber. The range of brands is fantastic and the quality of all the stock is spot on. Trust that if they stock it its good gear.

Big thanks to the team for a great store and service. I will pay you a visit next time I am north of the border!
