By chance in 2014, I made my first shopping on kafka. Due to the reason of being in Shanghai, China, I hope that the package can be sent via royal mail. With the mentality of giving it a try, I contacted them via email and expressed my request. To my surprise, they enthusiastically gave me feedback and finally completed the first order perfectly.
In the following years, I would buy a few times a year and I also learned about some great brands. Although one occasionally encountered a problem, it was finally solved perfectly. What I want to say is that kafka is really a great shopping site, not only has perfect products, but more importantly, it has a professional team.
Finally, I hope kafka getting better and better and more people will come to shop. I can continue to buy what I like.

I really don't usually go out of my way to write positive reviews but these guys at Kafka deserve to be credited.
Have known them for years and they always come through with superfast shipping to Japan and polite communication.
They honestly get items from Scotland to Japan in literally 3 or 4 days, even now with all the other Covid excuses from the other retailers.
Their prices and discounts and sales are the cheapest out there so I'm not quite sure how they survive..
The rest should go to Kafka and study how an online service should be run.

Been a Kafka customer for years and while the direction of the store has changed the customer service has always been excellent. Items are dispatched quickly and packaged well.
They also appreciate loyal customers which is something that is becoming increasingly rare!

Absolutely amazing, I ordered a Ten C jacket, it arrived within 2 working days and the packaging was first class, even a little card inside with the name of the person who packed it. Good job guys, you rock! By the way, the jacket is incredible too!

This was the first time I had used Kafka and it won't be the last.
They stock a superb clothing range amongst other products and the jacket I purchased is top quality. I also like the fact that Kafka have taken the trouble to list the measurements, making it much easier to order the correct size.
I received my order within 48hrs of placing the order and it was packed professionally.

Great service, returned a pair of trainers yesterday and got a refund notification today.

Due to a misunderstanding, one of my orders from Kafka incurred unnecessary customs fees. However, Kafka was willing to take my concerns seriously, and provided me compensation. The service I received was responsive and professional, and I would recommend Kafka to any prospective shoppers.

I am really deeply impressed of how Kafka has progressed over the past few years. Personally believe it must be owing to the owners' vision. You are made to feel their passion for what they do every step of the way. I'm a long-term customer there already, but I'm not someone who splashes money around for the sake of it. I make conscious purchases of things I really need - barring a few occasions of things I want, like an extra scarf, hat and so on. Just yesterday purchased two tote bags, one for wife and one for me! A KMFG and an 8.15.
But my main purchases - be it a heavy winter jacket, a blazer, shirt -- have been one of the best fashion decisions I've even made. I love my wardrobe now thanks to Kafka. I used to have tonnes of clothing I didn't wear, now I have a few, but I wear all.
I know I'm not alone in singing praises to the store, but I hope this will only give them a push to become even better.
My only feedback would be to have a better presentation of sizes. I know they have the "measurement" tab there (but believe me I discovered it after a year). Of course I have come to realize that the mannequin they use seems to be a size 40 (my size!) so it would be good to know what size the mannequin is wearing. Sometimes you get that accidently in the pictures, but that doesn't seem to be systematic.

I've bought several items from Kafka over the past few years, most recently a CP Company jacket and some Stone Island t-shirts and thought I'd give them a review.

They have a wide variety of designers and not just your usual ones, which adds to the appeal. The level of information of each item, detail of pictures and correct sizing per item is the best I've ever come across. To highlight this, I'm a large and the correct sizing of two different brand jackets showed that I was an XL in one and a medium in the other. This information helps some much when shopping online and avoids unhappy customers, returns and refunds/exchanges.

Kafka have a loyalty scheme, called Patron, that entitles you to save money on all your purchases. The patron rate (% discount) also increases at certain times throughout the year, meaning even greater savings.

When your order arrives it comes in a box (well all mine have so far have but not sure if the all do). It is wrapped in paper with a note with the name of the person who individually wrapped it, which is a nice personal touch.

Emails to Kafka are responded to quite quickly and any issues resolved promptly.

I buy a lot of clothes and other good online and Kafka are one of the best I've come across, certainly for designer clothes.
