Awesome site. I am constantly blown away by what I can make with this. It's definitely addictive!

I bought credits months ago, i still have 500 credits and NOW i can't use them.. for those FEW things allowed i get a BIG watermark( that makes creation NOT usable ) i contacted their support this is their reply :
" You will need to upgrade in order to remove the Kaiber watermark from your videos. "
So they are telling me that what i bought became a donation, don't waste your money with them!!

Honestly, at the beginning when I didn't knew how to properly use it it was annoying since I didn't get the results I wanted, but with some time of practice on how it works and with some help from the staff on Discord, it actually got pretty good and it's getting me the results I need. I believe atm it's the best tool for this kind of stuff so yeah, 5 Stars for me

Shortly after my subscription expired, my payment information was stolen and used. Super sketchy and my bank made note of it. Their payment portal is not secure, please be careful.

The designs are fun to work with and are worth the money but the reason for my 2* review is for the customer service... Because I've had my account accidentally renew on two seperate occasions when I stopped using it. When I reached out to ask for a refund (within 3 days of renewal) I asked for a refund and cancellation. They say once paid, "the system doesn't allow refunds" and refuse any further requests saying "sorry for the inconvenience". I understand they are a business for profit but all other companies that provide services online offer a refund without any quibbles. So this was a waste o f money and annoying. Though it was £30 so not too much in total, but there's no way I can get that back now. Just be aware to cancel auto-billing in the meantime and I hope they read reviews and actually implement what the customers want and need.

I was using the Explorer plan for months and I was really satisfied with it. At one point this plan couldn’t match my needs so I upgraded to the Pro plan. However, a few days after I subscribed and paid they just cancelled my account. Contacted support and I got an answer few days later that they are forwarding the issue to the technical team but it’s been more than a week now I cannot access the plan I paid for.

[UPDATE]: they fixed the issue and I got a complimentary free month and an additional 1000 credits. Thanks for that!

I recently had a disheartening experience with Kaiber.ai, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their questionable practices. Initially, I was excited about joining Kaiber.ai and promptly subscribed to the Pro Plan without much thought to support this startup. Despite only using Kaiber.ai for a week during my two-month subscription, I was content with the results and saw potential in the content I had created.

Here's the catch – during my subscription period, I created several videos that I considered my property, given that I had paid for the Pro Plan. However, upon the expiration of my Pro Plan and my transition to a Free User, Kaiber.ai sneakily added watermarks to the creations produced while I was a Pro member. It seems absurd that, despite being assured by their support team that my creations are my property, I now find watermarks on content for which I paid.

I contacted support to address this issue, and they affirmed that my creations are indeed my property. The irony here is glaring. According to their response: "If you have a paid account, your creation is yours and you have commercial rights. If you cancel your paid plan, your creations, while you were a paid user, are still your own."

To add to the frustration, I have 2100 points remaining that are now rendered useless, and I cannot download the creations made during my Pro membership as a Free user. This lack of logic in their approach feels like a betrayal of trust. It appears to be a deliberate attempt to coerce users into re-subscribing, employing tactics such as making it complicated to cancel a subscription or regain access if one forgets their password.

In summary, my experience with Kaiber.ai has been marked by deceptive practices and a lack of transparency. Users should be cautious and aware of the hurdles they might face, as my unfortunate encounter serves as a testament to the disconcerting tactics employed by Kaiber.ai.

Everything is horrible with this site. I spent 4 days trying to get one thing to work. I realize now there’s a bunch of other people going through the same problems. Total scam. They can’t even get the 7 day trial correct- then the $5 upgrade doesn’t work either!! Absolutely nothing works on this site. I’ve practically begged them to help. They do not help.

7 Day trial for $5, but you don't actually get enough credits from this to be able to test the product.
I emailed them and they said couldn't help.

SCAM ALERT! The service itself is good, yet you can't unsubscribe it If you forget the password. The reset password function is not working. The suport account is not answering my multiple e-mails. The payment host (stripe.com) says it's not his problem.

I subscribed for a FREE 7 day trial, only to find out the AI is useless to what i expected and then I found out that I was charged $5 with an invoice.

I blocked them in my bank and also requested a refund. Will be contacting Stripe for support. This is unacceptable. I paid over Google Pay and the button was showing me $0. But once they got the credit card approved they charged $5 without my permission.

The Kaiber support was very prompt and within an hour I got an email, that I was sent a refund and will get it back in 5-10 days. The transaction was in fact immediately canceled, so all good - I appreciate that, but shouldn't happen in first place.

Signed up or the service... paid $5 for 300 credits... I like the site and what it does... but the following month I was billed another $5 but no credits were given to my account. I eventually deleted the account as i was charged and not able to use it.

Scammers. Please avoid.

Im reading a lot of negative reviews from people that ill be honest sound like complete morons. Ive been a Kaiber user since April and never had issues.

Support team and discord admin have always been top notch and friendly. Always up for helping and have help me a ton in learning how to prompt and how to use the AI.

For those moaning about refunds and subscriptions you are notified of this at the start. Its not Kaibers fault you have no organisation to remember. Throwing round the word fraudulant straight away alerts me to the fact they have no clue or didnt read what they signed up for.

My company will continue to use Kaiber in all our projects and look forward to more updates

Fraudulent and misleading advertising. I signed up for their artists membership as they offered "8-minute video". However, only after they've taken your money do they inform you that you can only edit 5 minute videos. After a lengthy back and forth via email, when they admitted as much, they have refused to refund my money.

My experience with Kaiber has been incredibly frustrating. During my 7-day free trial, they activated a paid monthly subscription on day 4 without my consent. What's even more shocking is that they deducted 300 of credit from my annual subscription that I signed up for after the 7days free trial. It took multiple attempts to even get a response from them, and when they did respond, they seemed to imply it was my fault. It's been weeks, and while they did refund me $5, they completely ignored the fact that they unfairly took 300 credit from my annual subscription as well. I'm still in the process of trying to resolve this issue, and it's been a frustrating experience!!! Kaiber can you please return my missing credit please? Warning to all: Be vigilant and check your accounts! Even after looking at Trustpilot, I've come across five different instances where Kaiber activated a monthly subscription during a supposed 7-day free trial. Don't fall victim to unexpected charges – keep a close eye on your subscriptions.

Absolute scam artists. They are a fraudulent company who will charge without your consent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
