Kaiber Superstudio Reviews 

I signed up on this website a month ago and paid for the $5 subscription. I honestly forgot about it until my credit card was charged. I’m trying to log in to cancel the subscription but I’m not sure which email address I used to sign up. Tried using the forgot password feature with my email addresses but I haven’t received any emails from Kaiber with the reset links. Can someone from the company assist so I can cancel the subscription?

I think that all this AI services are not what most off us spect on top of that the cost .onestly they can deliver more then a shaking clip that is not animation.Animation is a sequence of images to create a istory. Kayber only give you a picture with no movement only effects that distorsion it to oblivion looks cool but is not animation also it won't do a continuous fallow ip from one image to the next.so great expesive image generator. And video cloning. Otherwise is not worthy of any pay subscription sorry.and the good comment here are done by there own people .

Well after signing up for the free I was charged 240 Bucks so I checked Trust Pilot and saw the complaints so I emailed them. I promptly received an email and my refund with an apology. So I hope this puts some minds at ease and I know the complexities that can arise.

Free trial is a scam guys, it supposed to be 7 days free but it charged me 3 times 5$. The AI don't even work properly.

Update on August 17, 2023 : today they charged me 2 times 6,60€ again for a total amount of 20€… I repeat it should be « free »

Absolute scammers!!!! I had 800 credits and cant use them because I cancelled my contract!

Next thing you know, I get a bill saying I paid for a plan when I did not.

This website is absolute trash, same with their A.I bot. They have no customer service, not only that, their website is behind on technology.

Wow I got a response, too bad it takes a review to get their attention because they have no point of real contact on their website.

Thank you for the refund and this shouldn't have happened in the first place, it seems like the do it often and dont do anything unless something bad happens out of their control (aka their website)

It was nice of them to say I can use the rest of my 1000 credits BUT YOU CANT USE THE WEBSITE TO ITS FULL EXTEND AND IS LIMITED BY WHAT YOU CAN DO.

I 100% do not recommend using these guys, RUNWAY.AI is I million times better than Kaiber.

The kaiber team is extremely responsive and supportive amazing platform, you can always find support on the Discord if you have any questions. Kaiber even offers a free trial with 60 credits and a five dollar plan with 300 credits for those low on funds yet still eager to engage with this phenomenal ai!

Every interaction I’ve had with anyone associated with the company has been first class they simply can’t do enough for you. Have a great product and a great knowledge and understanding to go with it.

Just started to use Kaiber...Some of the videos you can create are groundbreaking, and this is only the beginning. Not sure about their payment plan

Signed up for the 7 day free trial and it charged me straight away. Spoke to customer service and rather than apologising they just said that the refund should be back in my account soon.

I responded saying that I would have expected an apology and that I still wanted to sign up for the 7 day free trial. They responded eight days later and this was their response, “You can try signing up for the trial using a different account”. That’s it. They ignored my whole message and no attempt to rectify the problem they created or apologise for their rubbish system. Clearly not actually interested in producing a product professionally. Will be avoiding this company at all cost.

I dealt with Justin and Adrian from Kaiber. Happy to be contacted by Kaiber to rectify this but judging by all the other similar reviews I would imagine you don’t care. Good luck Kaiber.

Very happy with the programme but not happy about the hidden charges. Kaiber uses a payment system called Stripe and Stripe adds an additional charge if you use a credit or debit card from UK and EU. I bought 300 credits which cost £2.40 but there was an additional charge of £1.00 then another of £0.07.

It simply doesn't work at all !

Their free trial is a scam. I was immediately charged $5 for their supposed free trial. I decided to use their service since I had been charged and thought the video generator was cool, so when they sent me an email offering a 50% off discount for the subscription, I thought I would upgrade. When I went to upgrade, there was no box to enter the discount code. I mistakenly thought that when I hit upgrade, I would be redirected to a checkout page where I would enter payment info and have the opportunity to use the code. I was automatically charged $115. When I reached out to customer service (still thinking that maybe there was a mistake on my part or that they would be willing to help me), I was sent a screen shot of a page where I could enter the code that didn't exist. I wrote back explaining that and then was told I wasn't eligible for the discount because I already had a subscription (the code was emailed to me after signing up for the trial that wasn't free). I then asked them to cancel my account and asked for a full refund since they wouldn't honor the code. Then I was asked where I got the code and what it was. I sent a screen shot of the email they sent me and was told it would be forwarded to their discount team. Days later, I was told that I wasn't eligible for a discount because I let my free trial subscription automatically renew (what??). I asked again for a refund and was then told I couldn't have it because I had used my "credits" already. In addition to requiring you to pay a monthly fee, you also need "credits" to make a video - you are only given a certain amount per month, so if you want to make a full length music video, you will most likely need more which you will have to pay extra for. I had only used the credits allotted to me during the free trial I paid $5 for. I have not used their service since they charged me $115. I have had to file a complaint with the FTC and call my credit card company to have the transaction disputed. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE ONLY SET UP TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT HELP YOU IN ANY WAY. It's a shame, because the ai generator is pretty cool, but they have shady business practices.

Don’t sign up. You will regret it. I have purchased many credits as they recommend to use, then they changed it to subscription and they don’t allow me to use my credits, only if I subscribe to pay monthly.

Horrible customer service as well.

Supposedly a 7 Day free trial, I was billed on day one. Have emailed a number of times for the refund with no reply.
Don't trust them.
I have emails to prove all claims above, so this rating can be verified if you need Trustpilot.

EDIT:
After trying to dispute my review as "not based on a genuine expereince", which I've been able to verify with my screenshots.....I have been refunded in full, with an apology email that my claim for a refund (that was actually disputed and dismissed by Kaiber) had been "lost in our system".

Thank you Trustpilot, without which, I doubt I'd have received my refund.

Signed up, then it turned out they don't have a free plan. So I wanted to delete my account, which was not possible. Not cool.
