Trying to buy a car this guy is advertising , sent 3 emails had 3 web chats promising to contact me , zero contact, feel the company not interested in selling cars??

Just been to see a car at Kain motors and wish I never. I have never met such a rude arrogant ignorant human being. I'm asking questions about the car and he proceeds to walk off shouting to someone half way up the street. I have never seen anything like it in my life zero customer service and just a vile individual. The business must be doing well though as he didn't seem to care that we wasn't going to buy the car. I strongly advise against visiting the business. Unless you like to be treated like dog faeces.

I called in at Kain Motors to test drive a couple of used cars that were advertised on the Motors.co.uk website. The company had not responded earlier to my attempts to phone them (with the number listed on the advertising site), nor to an email sent to them through the website. When I arrived and requested the test drive, the dealer handed me the key of one of the cars I was interested in and then proceeded to ignore me. The car (despite being advertised as "nice clean car") was filthy inside. When I turned on the ignition, the dashboard lit up with a BRAKE FAULT light and the engine wouldn't start. I informed the dealer that the car was showing a fault light. "Oh yes, that's normal for that type of car," he told me. "I don't think it is, sorry..." I responded, handing him back the key and getting straight out of there. Absolutely despicable service. (I wonder, if I'd been a 6-foot-tall guy, rather than a small blonde woman, would they have tried to pull that one on me???)

I’ve been looking for a bigger car due to having a newborn and I’ve been looking we weeks for something and when I saw the red polo online I loved it. I contacted Khalid who was more than happy for me to come and view the car and told me and my partner everything we needed to know about the car. The viewing and sale were really easy and he was more than happy to help us with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a car.
