Toxic, Silent firing, Shares drop 50%
Used to be a good family-feel company, even with 1,000s of employees, until competitors caught up. Now it's shares price has tanked down to less than 50%, its extremely toxic and hiring is based on project size before exceptionally skilled staff are squeezed out. I say squeezed because I've never seen so many colleagues "silent fired". Silent firing is where you block bonuses, remove rewarding work, block access to critical project knowledge to ensure it's 10x more difficult to complete tasks. The idea is that they leave without a redundancy package offer or any requirement by the company to compensate their removal through no fault of their own. I left before it headed my way after seeing 1/2 my team depressed/worried and dreading coming into work. I worked there 4 years. At 50% share price, even after an attempted share price recovery to boost share prices, the inevitable is obvious.
