Website Owner's Nightmare

Where do I start! First I actually made contact with localwebdesignsol.com and it was upon receiving the receipt and seeing the name Websitekrafters as the business name instead of localwebdesignsol. I let it go, thinking they cannot be that bad. Then I was assigned dedicated project manager, Henry we had email communication problems with him using email at localwebdesignsol not working had to use his Gmail account to stay in touch. Then He went out on paternity leave without notification of this change I was moved to another project manager. Josh was at websitekrafters and together we worked to get my ecommerce site built. I had emailed a pic of my logo, which was not used, they recreated a similar logo. I was fine with that and actually like it. I gave Josh all my login information and suggested I go with shopify because of suppliers. I didn't want that but understood the reasoning so I signed up for a basic account. I already was making a decision on my Merchant account and payment gateway so I provided that information. I finally received the link to review mock up website and was pretty pleased with it and approved with concerns of certain things implemented that I did not like. Then lost touch with him and was unable to contact him. Around the beginning of January I was contacted by Sophia the manager. We worked together to improve the issues that I did not like! I specifically gave instructions at the end of January that I would like completed since I would not be logged on for a week. After a week had passed I login and fixed some inventory issues and no communication at all. Then I receive a text from Jennifer, stating she was from the parent company Omni Web. Now she is contacting through Josh's cell number. No other contact information was given to me to reach her. The only time I could get something done concerning my website was to email the info emails requesting the return of money. For a website that should have taking a few days to complete; it took almost 4 months and many distractions on their end to prolong the process. Once I went live then another problem with payment processing occurred and not one of them could find the issue. 4 days and holiday weekend going back and forth between the 3 companies, no one could find the issue. Jennifer seemed to have no clue, Shopify no clue either. It wasn't until I called authorize.net support and together we did another transaction key and there we found the issue with login ID. We address it and all worked properly. I didn't receive my hosting for a year as promised. No dedicated Project Manager, no fast turnover, more like 4 months. No final training with web developer, which signals you didn't develop my website from scratch you used a shopify template. My suggestion to Jennifer to come to an reasonable solution for both parties was to pay for 1 year subscription to Shopify. She replied, in text, "let me discuss this matter with finance team." Still awaiting answer to my offer.

My new website is better than I ever could have expected!

I worked with Henry and can’t say enough to praise him. He was very knowledgeable about website visibility and helped provide me with the services that best fit the needs of my small business. The finished product is amazing. It looks professional and is easily navigated by the user. I requested several more advanced features like a calendar and scheduling ability, and Henry worked with me to get every aspect of it exactly the way I wanted it.
