17 days and still waiting for my withdrawal! I was told I would need a letter from my bank to prove my banking account had been shut down, so that they could continue to process my withdrawal to my new method. After waiting for a letter from the bank in the post, I uploaded the document. My document has been pending since Friday 8th march. I came onto live chat for an update, just to be told they need a more detailed letter from the bank. I also sent across the final bank statement for that account, with the last transaction saying *closed account* I'm pretty sure casinos are no longer allowed to keep funds from players, but I'm being told this is being classed as money laundering. The withdrawal was won from free spins for starters and the reason I added a new card with a deposit was because the current card that was previously used as a payment method was no longer in use as the account had been closed.

I want my withdrawal or I want my deposits back. The only other option now is to speak to the gambling commission and resolver.co.uk

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute scam, they charge you for deposit and withdrawal, they forget to tell you that the promotions are lies, and then, just to get to your original money, you have to pay again. For a £withdrawal they charged me £1!! What the hell is that??

Let me tell you about Kaiser Slots. It's an awful website that lures you in with misleading click bait ads to join. Recently, I made a genuine mistake by forgetting to enter a promo code during sign-up. When I contacted their customer service for help, they outright refused to assist me in any way. It's a frustrating experience, to say the least. I strongly advise avoiding Kaiser Slots like the plague. There are plenty of other reputable options available. Don't waste your time or money on this site.

Sadly I have to give Kaiser 1star. poor customer service. I've actually been with Kaiser for a while too. The website ain't bad, but I deleted my account today after I spoke with a Clint. We was discussing my account and let's just say as a long term customer was treated like 💩. I closed my account!

This site is a scam. I have played there and placed a bet of £618 on roulette number 0 come and I had £100 on a straight up bet however the site didn't pay me for the bet I placed.
