Appalling Service

Ordered a Lindstrom cutter. Got an email the same day that said we would receive the cutter later that week. Then no cutter arrived, no updates, no response to emails, and finally, now they have admitted that the item is not in stock and they are going to cancel the order. Really terrible service as now it is too late to try to order the cutter from somewhere else, to give to my sister as a Christmas present.

I ordered work boots on November 28th

I ordered work boots on November 28th. When I ordered, it said delivery would take 14 days. But after that time, I still haven't received the tracking number. I don't think my boots have even been shipped.

Items says in stock but it's not true

Still waiting for my order to dispatch for more than a week now. Don't trust the "instock" items because they are not, most items are backordered. Customer service is useless just saying to wait more days with no further explanation.

Basically a price scam

Basically a price scam. Never buy from them if you live outside of UK. They never mentioned it on their website but they do not pay or calculate your import tax. I have recieved a 60£ customs tax notice from DHL and when I have asked for a refund they told me that they are not responsible for informating about any custom payments. They say that you have to pay for delivery once again and in case of a refund they claim that you have to pay illegal restocking fee 25% of the product price. So basically you give them profit for free and they will make even more when they sell it to some other fool.
