Hassle free car hire, great customer service Highly recommend

Rental process including pick-up and drop-off was organized very well. Company employee showed ip in time, communicated via WhatsApp giving instructions and notifications.

Another pleasant experience with Kaizen Rent. The car was a bit tired but it did perform very well. Picked car up at KTW and returned at WRO.

Check-in and return were straightforward. Fair prices for two days and the online process was direct and simple.

Two relevant points:
First, the car was delivered with 118,591 km, for a 2024 vehicle, this is an abnormally high mileage and raises questions about the car's history.

Second, the company required me to return the car washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside. No other car rental company has ever asked me for this and to avoid this obligation, I had to pay an additional extra fee of €18.

The base service works, but these practices are questionable.

I do recommend . Great service and new cars. It was a challenge to return the car clean in and out side but it occured that it wasn't that difficult to fulfill. Challenge accepted:) great rental. Thx :)

Having experienced an absolute nightmare with Sixt@ Gdansk airport, we walked along to the Kaizen desk. Jakub and the whole experience with Kaizen couldn't have been more different. I changed the car the following day for something bigger, total cost an extra 5 Zloty, payment via a link No ridiculous deposit, no hard sell on excess insurance which we have anyway. Simple, straightforward, totally stress free, absolute 1st class service. My partner is Polish, but the Kaizen staff were all fluent in English.
1st class service, stress free, will definitely use again.

I had a good experience with Kaizen Rent a Car in Warsaw. The airport procedure was simple and smooth. The staff member I dealt with in person was friendly, young, and very competent. He gave me some smart and useful advice, which I really appreciated.

The only downside was that debit cards were not accepted for the deposit. In France, this is the type of card most people have, so this policy could really be improved. Because of that, I had no choice but to take their full insurance coverage, which was quite expensive, but it was the only way to get around the financial guarantee requirement.

Overall, the service was professional and pleasant, but the deposit policy for debit cards should evolve.

Absolutely disgrace!Not recommended at all!Car booked for 2 am in Kraków airport,pay extra for night collection and I kiss the handle when try to collect.Nobody in office and when try to call nobody answer and didn’t care !Do not use them as was left on my own in the middle of the night,no car,no public transport and caused extra cost !!!!

Hired the car in Poznan airport for 5 days, returned in Wroclaw airport. Received upgraded car. No Kaizen desk at the Poznan airport so the driver contacted me to meet him at the pick up point. Returned the car to the Kaizen car park space in Wroclaw. No issue whatsoever at any point of hiring the car. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
