Refresher on moving and assisting was extremely useful and helped me to keep my skill fresh in order to ensure that I'm carrying out my best practice. I attended Moving and Assistance refresher training course. The training provided was exceptional. The content was relevant and helpful. Hannah provided us with lots of useful hints and tips to make techniques easier for everyone involved. Good communication from management and admin staff during process and supplied the training services to an area geographically cumbersome. Training instructor found to be amenable and patient with the trainees.

Just finished my training with Kaizen with Hannah which I can honestly say was fantastic. Hannah made it so easy to understand and she was extremely approachable I was so nervous before the training but left feeling confident and happy with what I have learnt

Training is good. Hannah was very chill, made it a lot easier since i was nervous. Enjoyed the practical work of moving and handling. Easy to follow all the slides. Lots of breaks as well which was good.
