This chocolate is so tasty. A much smoother chocolaty taste. I decided that as it is so good I will join the company and I have never looked back since. The owner is so supportive but never pushy. Perfect choice.

Best handmade chocolate I’ve ever tasted! Well worth the wait in peak times. Recieved 4 orders today within 2 weeks of ordering which is amazing as it’s all handmade to order. Definitely be ordering for family and friends.

I was a representative for Kakawa. Did very well but then the boss and management started getting snotty with attitude. Singling out people in a group chat for there company because they ain't writing the information we are sent straight away! Orders not being sent till a month after when it should quicker than 14 days atleast! We then get told that the boss has had a 'Hangover' Pretty poor excuse if you ask me! To why no one's orders have been sent out ! He wants to bring out new things and over price them! No one will want to work or buy from anyone with the attitude and treatment I've had and others in my team! If your not active enough with a good excuse, you will have to leave the company 🤦‍♀️

I placed an order via one of their brand ambassadors on the 11th of May and it has still not been shipped - it's now been two weeks. I asked to cancel the order but I was told that the cancellation policy only allows you to cancel within 24 hours of ordering....

This came from the top chap at Kawaka via the BA, they don't seem to get back to customer emails.

I don't know if/when I will get my order....

Save yourself a headache and order from anywhere else!

Ordered chocolates, guaranteed delivery for father's day. Arrived a week late. I emailed twice with no response. Very disappointed will not be ordering again

Not great communicators very very long delivery and overall customer service is a bit shocking. Quite rude and obnoxious.

I took my 7 year old to the workshop to create his own giant chocolate button. He absolutely loved doing it and said the chocolate was so tasty. The guy even let me have a go! It was a great thing to do during half term and my son wants to do it again! Also a great way to make personal gifts for people

This was the first time I had tried kakawa artisan chocolate and it will not be the last. I couldn't fault the chocolate it tasted amazing

Lovely products, small order arrived really quick but larger order took a while. Very well packaged though and no issues, lovely tasting products. Definitely ordering again

Absolutly geurgous chocolate, sadly the 2 week delivery does let it down slightly.

Absolutely love the products just not very happy with delivery times. Maybe better to buy from the shop instead of ordering as it can take upto 2 weeks to arrive.

The chocolate Bourbon biscuit is lovely, fast delivery and good packaging, I have ordered some more as this is my sisters favourite biscuit too, I’m buying her one for her birthday.
