While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

A Lawless Novel Site

This site is said to be owned by KADOKAWA, a major Japanese company, but the moderation is atrocious. Artwork from the label I belong to was used on this site without permission by a user, who then combined it with images of North Korean missiles to create a malicious post.

I submitted a DMCA takedown notice that should be legally binding, but more than three weeks have passed and nothing has been done.

KADOKAWA also previously caused a massive data breach, in which information about students and teachers at N High School, a school it operates, ended up on the dark web. Even regarding this issue, KADOKAWA has yet to present any fundamental solution.

If I go any further into this topic, my comments will turn into criticism of the operator rather than a review of the site itself, which would go against the intent of this review, so I will stop here. In any case, please remember that this is a site that does absolutely no moderation, including removing inappropriate content.
